Change of Auditor
The Company announces that following a competitive tender process, it has appointed Jeffreys Henry LLP ("Jeffreys Henry") as the Group's new external auditor with effect from 15 March 2019.
Jeffreys Henry will conduct the audit of the Group's financial statements for the financial year to 31 March 2019. Any proposal to re-appoint Jeffreys Henry in respect of the financial year beginning 1 April 2019 will be subject to shareholder approval at the Group's 2019 AGM.
Accordingly, BDO Limited has resigned by notice to the Company and has confirmed that there are no matters connected with it ceasing to hold office that need to be brought to the attention of members or creditors of the Company under Part 16, Article 113B(9) of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991. The Company wishes to record its appreciation of BDO Limited for its services.
