PURCHASE OF OWN ORDINARY SHARES 
 
On 24 December 2020 the Company purchased 206,845 Ordinary Shares at a price of 
55.199 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury.

404,316,422 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)
