BARCELONE (Agefi-Dow Jones)-- Les banques britanniques Barclays et Lloyds constituent des opportunités d'achat après l'affaiblissement des valorisations dans le secteur bancaire européen depuis le début de l'année, mais leurs concurrentes HSBC et Standard Chartered, plus internationales, se négocient à des multiples de valorisation supérieurs, souligne UBS. Barclays et Lloyds présentent respectivement un ratio de 8 et 8,4 fois les bénéfices attendus en 2019, ce qui semble "trop prudent", selon UBS. En revanche, précise l'intermédiaire financier, la valorisation de HSBC et Standard Chartered est supérieure au rendement attendu des fonds propres retraités des survaleurs (ROTE).
