To be honest fella i would wait yet, lets see what we get put forward but if something good in the mining sector then worth averaging down. Still the share structure will be tightly held as far as i read in the RNS if im right.

Peterhouse have gone into the AIM toilets, unzipped in front of the SPSM urinal and given it a proper hose down. You know when you've been Peterhosed.

Placing reported as 0.06p (which would be 84% discount to yesterday's mid) and bad enough but it's lower as they've pretended they're buying the consortium's shareholding for free instead of the 0.06p offered to all holders

Taking into account the consortium are getting paid €150,000 or £123,000 for their shares that means the placing to get to the £300k investment from Peterhouse clients is £177,000

That's 500,000,000 shares issued at a barely visible 0.0354p (-90% discount) for £177,000

Then take off the "transaction expenses of -£77,000" means they're raising a net £100,000

Placing price after fees of 0.02 pence. A PETERHOUSE SPECIAL

SPSM interests me but No-one is Promoting it much and although I ask a few times for some more details on it I get nowt back which is probably why so few are interested in it yet or have bought yet.

Sell it to us Guys. Get it Promoted and tell the world about why we should buy SPSM. I think I know why but like to have it rammed down my throat why and that way I know enough people will be aware of it and then the share price will rise.
