Director/PDMR Shareholding

Staffline (AIM: STAF), the recruitment and training group, announces that it has been notified that on 22 May 2022, Henry Spain Investment Services Limited, a person closely associated ("PCA") with Thomas Spain, Non-Executive Director of the Company, sold and repurchased an aggregate 28,590 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 51p per Ordinary Share respectively, due to adjustments in individual client portfolios.

Following the above transactions, Henry Spain Investment Services Limited's notifiable interest remains unchanged at 28,000,000 Ordinary Shares.
