because a) they save 5m per year in interest and b) they are in a better position to win business and c) the fear of a placing is removed.

Your open offer shares won't be worth 6% more than the sp, by the time they're in issue they will be 50p anyway. You all got shafted so rather than lie to each other, direct your anger at the lord saviour Albert

Everyone is pumping in the other bb lol but you're O.O shares for 6% gain!? Nonsense, this share price will be 50p anyway when them shares are in issue

If the shares are worth 100p post fund raising then buying at 50p or 54p make sense

For an immediate 6% gain minus costs? Go for it.

if money is needed for the modest open offer allocation it doesn't have to come from selling Staffline shares. It can come from other portfolio adjustments if necessary. It's only 13% being offered

Everyone has this,, but it's completely worthless if the share price is 52p!!! Will the board throw the shareholder a bone here or will they just let them lose out!?!? I guarantee you its the second bit.. I will be buying at 51p and even at that I feel slightly apprehensive!

FYI/FWIW - my broker's note, dated 24/05/21: You have been credited with Staffline Group Entitlement Shares at a rate of 10 Basic Entitlement Share (ISIN: GB00BLPJ4L79) for every 78 Ordinary Shares held as at 21 May 2021. These will entitle you to purchase 1 New Share for every 1 Entitlement Share held at an issue price of GBP0.50 per New Share. There is also an excess application facility on this offer. Shareholders may apply for any whole number of excess shares in excess of their Open Offer Basic Entitlement subject to availability. Excess applications may be subject to scaling. If you would like to take up this offer, please notify us in writing by secure message or telephone, clearly stating the number of shares you wish to apply for, no later than midnight on 31 May 2021. People over exposed on this will have to sell in order to buy the placing. So current price should have been anticipated.

The contrast here to a week ago!! You’re all absolutely wounded hahaha cheer up :-) sooooo now the directors decided to financially cripple you,, they have a chance to redeem that and try boost the share price before July so you can buy them 50p shares. Do you think they will do that or will they let you rot??? We all know that answer. I have 100k buy order in revised to 51p and I will get it!!! Poor poor form by them

I bet all the 50p buyers (heavy buyers!) arent overly happy where the price is , better things for IIs to do with money rn than buy 54p for 50p

if private investors can buy the stock near 50p then they are getting a free ride. The institutions buying at 50p are effectively underwriting the fund raising
