Your open offer shares won't be worth 6% more than the sp, by the time they're in issue they will be 50p anyway. You all got shafted so rather than lie to each other, direct your anger at the lord saviour Albert

if money is needed for the modest open offer allocation it doesn't have to come from selling Staffline shares. It can come from other portfolio adjustments if necessary. It's only 13% being offered

Everyone has this,, but it's completely worthless if the share price is 52p!!! Will the board throw the shareholder a bone here or will they just let them lose out!?!? I guarantee you its the second bit.. I will be buying at 51p and even at that I feel slightly apprehensive!

The contrast here to a week ago!! You’re all absolutely wounded hahaha cheer up :-) sooooo now the directors decided to financially cripple you,, they have a chance to redeem that and try boost the share price before July so you can buy them 50p shares. Do you think they will do that or will they let you rot??? We all know that answer. I have 100k buy order in revised to 51p and I will get it!!! Poor poor form by them

if private investors can buy the stock near 50p then they are getting a free ride. The institutions buying at 50p are effectively underwriting the fund raising
