Current M.cap 40m
Share issue 69m

New shares total 96m

Future shares in issue 165m
Market cap at current share price = >97m

In the past the M.cap was as high as 680m and a bit more.
It collapsed to a fiver which = M.cap of 340m

Business on a turnaround plan, most problems caused by Covid will recede, Government spending on trading very likely to benefit STAF.

Business currently back to profitability across its 3 divisions.

Fund raise quite a dilution but deals with debt and will fund business growth plans.

The business was valued at higher than 340m prior to problems and post fund raise will be valued at 97m

With this funding and current evidence of a return to profit and government pouring money into re-training, I'd suggest downside is factored in and possibility of at least 100% upside over time is not a stretch.

Chart looks like it's had a decent base for over a year and a half which supports a factored in limited downside.

The went ex-entitlement today, so anyone short last night will probably have a claim against them for the open offer shares. Not that the basic entitlement of 10 for 78 is going to hurt much.

Actually I’m a corporate investor . I could do way more than my entitlement through the other scheme.

My entitlement is 92,308 shares . I’m holding 720,000 at the moment i had sold some 😉
