HRNET can't be too complacent. If the profits start rolling in, they may not be able to get the company at a miserly 180P per share.

Actually , maybe...The more it drops the less likely it is to receive a bid!

The Asian outfit have to pay £1.80 anyway

John,, yep ,, but it’s cheap now , the more it drops the more the chance of a bid ,,,,
I’m sure the management are trying to steer this though a difficult patch , and am sure they will endeavour to fulfill their ambitions on profitability . Failing that , they may need to get into dialogue with a suitor, which I think is important before they hit an iceberg .

I’m sure it is but could be months and given the risk and uncertainty this could dribble and dribble down I’m afraid

No chance ,,,, the way this is shaping with no confidence in the management ,,,,,,,,,
It’s a one way ticket ,,,,
I personally do not like people whom are full of SH1t ,,,,
So the management need to buck up , and give the mkt some confidence ...IMHO

As it stands this business is worth nothing like £130m!! If they deliver close to £20m cash EBITDA in 5 months time it would be! Hence the hold
