Rounding-up my holdings so that they are divisible by 31.
Note that residual shares are sold and the funds contributed to the SSP Foundation... whatever that is (some sort of charity).

Risk to the downside, from a TA viewpoint, has been reduced.
Positive for upside to the share price from here coupled with support at about 600p.

Talk about covering your @rse :-)

Goldman Sachs downgraded SSP, an operator of food and beverage outlets, to ‘sell’ from ‘neutral’ but lifted the price target to 575p from 535p.

The bank said SSP trades at a premium to leisure peers, concessions and contract caterers, and while the company’s historical execution has been strong, it does not expect growth rates to pick up to levels that would justify this premium valuation.

It said the current valuation implies an acceleration in earnings growth to over 30%, which it does not think is likely given an inflationary cost environment and headwinds to profit, as SSP starts refurbishments at Chicago airport.

“Together, we expect these headwinds to limit the company’s ability to deliver margin expansion in line with history,” GS said.

The new target price of 575p implies 10% downside potential, hence the rating downgrade.

“Should the company outperform our expectations on cost efficiency (and hence profitability), we would need to revisit the outlook and our view. Additionally, and aside from company-specific factors, stronger travel trends or a faster pace of outsourcing would encourage us to take a more positive view on the broader sector, and SSP as a result.”

just seen it SB....

And on SSP, that's Goldman.

BE
Travel concessions company SSP currently trades at a
calendared 2018E FCF yield of 2.9% and at 27.3x P/E, implying an acceleration in earnings growth to over 30%. We do not think this is likely given an inflationary cost environment and headwinds to profits, as SSP starts refurbishments at Chicago airport. Our 12-month target price of 575p implies 10% downside potential. Sell.

SSP opens restaurant with Michel Roth in Gare de Metz station

SSP France, a subsidiary of SSP Group PLC, a leading operator of food and beverage outlets in travel locations worldwide, has opened a new restaurant called ‘Terroirs de Lorraine’ in Gare de Metz station with renowned chef Michel Roth. The restaurant was created in partnership with SSP France and SNCF Stations & Connections.

At the restaurant, guests can enjoy meals from a bistro lunch to a gourmet evening meal. The menu, created by Roth, will be served by chef Xavier Pauly and his team of eight. Highlights include perch fish and chips, Lorraine stew, classic mehlknepfle egg, and Rossini beef fillet.

The restaurant has over 130 covers, with additional seating on a terrace which can be used in the summer. The décor, which features warm saffron golds and sumptuous cobalt blues, combines period features of the historic building with contemporary flair. The Gare de Metz, which has been a classified historic building since 1975, was granted the title of the most beautiful station in France in 2017.

Lots of folks don't read RNS diligently; not unusual.
He appears to be concentrating on the forward looking price valuation rather than income returns or total returns as he concentrates on the PER being paid.
The 21p has been known about since the results on 22 November last year so should have been priced in.
