Sandstorm has just been added to two S&P DJ Canadian Composite indices for April. This should require certain index trackers to add SSL over then coming month. This, plus the renewed strength of POG and the addition of new royalty streams confirms SSL as my main long term hold for precious metals. Very good news.

Share price moving up strongly.

As Luna gets closer to production, Sandstorm will see a big uplift. There are some big players involved with the JDL/Luna deal and it looks hugely positive. Marin Katusa was interviewed on episode 489 of Frank Curzio's Wall Street Unplugged podcast (about 30 mins in) and said the geologists believe there could be 10m Oz of gold at Luna's Aurizona mine. So should be lots of cash coming to Sandstorm.

Good to see a strong rise tonight.

The news on Luna Gold is very positive for Sandstorm. Production from Luna's Aurizona mine will start in early 2019 and this isn't factored into any of sandstorm's forecasts

Well, SpRott wrong for once on Trump - so far at least. SSL now taking advantage of the $200 pull back in POG to make a share buyback. With present prospects a very sound move IMO. News also compiles great recent results from MARL and some stonking grades from Kirkland, although clearly a vein field with very little width.

Sell off seems excessive given the overall picture of Q3. I thought I was joking about President Trump last week! On balance Sprott thinks that Trump will be good for gold.

Q3 figures out on 9 Nov. POG trying to hold $1300. MARL on a roll, too. Should feed through to SSL. What's not to like? Stand by for the President Trump effect!

A possible break downwards in POG as Hilary's poll ratings climb and a December Fed rate rise looks nailed on could produce an even better long term opportunity to top up SSL. $5 looks a reasonable entry price, but I'm holding out for $4.
