Loyalty Cards for the Utility Industry ,the longer you stay with them the more annual discount you earn .1% per annum up to a maximum
of 5 or 10 % ... good PR too .

Possible ... the big boys will have to wake up and cut their prices to compete.

Supermarkets had to do the same to take on the Discounters , we will see if the same happens to the Utility Industry .

Just had my quarterly SSE gas bill ...my usage is down 19% compared to the same period last year.
The mild weather has made a huge difference !

Wad just a gut feeling, I was in Scottish Power, Viridian and International Power and they all got bought over.Anyway all posters have a good Xmas and enjoy the dividend in Late Jan/Feb
