Let's face it the writing was on the wall after the last update 6 months ago. They would have needed to break all records and deliver more in 6 months (£12m+) than they have ever managed to do in a whole year.

looks like the share price is doing the announcing for us?
If they could hit the target that would be amazing, but i agree, it does look doubtful at this point.

As I have said, he will leave it to the last day claiming a big one could've dropped before year end, believe that if you want?? He can't hide for much longer now, he has to come clean and report the massive miss very soon.

OH well. Sp slipped back so much.....ST has bluffed us again perhaps? Said under Aim rules he had to declare if wasnt going to hit target. No RNS so i assume we will hit target. Realistically it aint going to happen.

This NEDA board is supposed to meet every six weeks or so, but doesn't seem to have done so yet this calendar year. More importantly, the membership has been pruned drastically and the previous process whereby once approved by the board a project had to undergo three different agency assessments, after which it had to be resubmitted for reapproval, has been changed. Now, once approved, that is it and all the necessary documentation is supposed to be dealt with there and then.

It seems that all large infrastructure projects and foreign funded projects go through this process and donor countries want to speed things up.

I have no idea whether the BFAR would feel the need to re-tender for the whole expanded PHILO project or whether they could go ahead with the original scope and tender only for the increase. Clearly, a full tender would slow things down.

As to the size, I seem to recall that $20 million to SRT was bandied about. Any increase would be unlikely to be material. If a further 5,000 boats were to be covered, that might increase it by $5,000,000. I understand that SRT is expecting a satellite revenue stream as well, so a maximum of $500,000 increase in that? Both nice, but I doubt there would be much of a difference in reaction if it is $25 rather than $20 million.

More importantly in the medium term would be to have a system installed in the fifteen big ports and 117 little ones and a reasonable number of boats covered. The Coast Guard is a completely different outfit and is set to expand enormously. They also have MDM in their sights. If the BFAR has a functioning system with all those base stations, RADAR's etc, it could well serve as starting point for a Coast Guard system.

why would Tucker change the habit of a lifetime?? also if you think a warning is priced in then you've lost your marbles. When the RNS drops the share price is well under 20p imv.
You see Tucker will wait until the very last moment before he announces a warning cos he will say a biggy could have dropped at the very last minute, just like he has done before, he has form!!
Is anyone really expecting a second half of £12m quid? get real, lol!

Tucker's face is surely long since caked with egg, to the extent that his features are barely discernible.

Another layer is not going to make any difference. We might even view it as an annual tradition.

Something like that !

Should I buy more SRT shares now - they look very cheap - or wait for profit warning - only a weeks until end of financial year - in which case the shares will be cheaper?
