From a charting point if view it looks important to hold the 30p-ish sort of level, as if that goes next support looks to be around 20p.
Question of if these 'near term' contract will arrive in time.

I have no idea what hjb1 is posting, as on filter, but I guess must be immensely wealthy and successful to spend this amount of time on something not invested in.

Well done. Give yourself a pat on the back for being great. The Apprentice beckons.

Declaration - Used to own but got out on first news of Indo finace problems some 5 months ago from memeory. Now below my exit price. Still watching as ship tracking WILL come but not sure if SRT will now be the winner or be overtaken by those with deeper pockets.

yump, ahem!I did say so at the time and that is why I sold most of mine at 49p.You should have listened instead of burying your head! No hard feelings chap.
I think HB's posts mirror what I have been saying for quite some time, it's nothing new!

If you look through the past, you could fill the thread with correct facts and feel even better about yourself.

yump and others never address the business issues raised, they are more concerned with attacking anyone that challenges the vehicle they sink their pennies into.

"you lot are irrational". No, just you yump, and, it is a public board and all the observations I've made on SRT are correct, so deal with it.

Yump - I suspect, from his behaviours and appearances, that HB is not a holder. Therefore, his only motivation is clearly to encourage negative sentiment in the hope of getting in cheaper. Seen it all before, ad nauseum.
well, either that or he sits in the wings, the omnipotent philanthropist, feeling all the threads of the universe, waiting to warn the unwary of their impending doom...
Thanks HB....{finger hovers over filter button}

Ah, the old 'these are public boards' reason and the 'you lot are irrational' thing.

So, just massaging your own ego then. Good for you. Sorry you're missing that for some reason.

Having lived through 2000 and come out quite well, the idea that I could be emotionally involved and a gambler is quite funny.

Actually my guess is you could easily be a ramper on another occasion. Because your behaviour towards other posters is always the same. Bit like a mercenary that swaps sides.

Try and make out that others are somehow not grasping the reality, when its pretty obvious that they do.

If you want some other shares that are producing worry for investors, then AIM is full of them. Many still have excited and emotional supporters.

Then your credibility would be hugely enhanced by your face validity.

let's face it the loan was to keep the company going and the Ocean scan stuff is just a smokescreen for the loans and the underlying problems imo. There is one way to put all the negativity to bed and that is SIGN SOME BLOODY CONTRACTS AND GET SOME CASH IN...there you go!

IMO, this is currently grossly over valued and remains to prove itself whether it's even worth investing in. I notice their cost base has been creeping up to.

If memory serves me correctly, it used to be 5m and now it's closer to 6m, and now in debt and still not profitable.

SRT has had years to prove itself and it never has.

The original business model pre GeoVs acquisition - the original core - has clearly failed even though Mr Tucker used to be eternally optimistic about that too.

Post GeoVs, it's not looking any better either.

Hence, jam tomorrow, forever.

yump, lets be very clear, I need no reason to 'suddenly' turn up, these are 'public boards, open to all. I have on occasion posted concerns with SRT in the past, so I'm hardly new here.

Further, I dont need to provide some anxious gambler a reason for my posting.

You cant see straight because you are emotionally involved, I'm not, I've consistently given an objective viewpoint on SRT and have yet to see that I'm wrong.

Stop whining and grow up.

I find it interesting why SRT has now entered into a loan with a further 8M drawdown at quite expensive rates.

Obviously, the first 2M are to keep the lights on, so why a further 8M?

The other issue is, the ongoing delay in obtaining these so called projects. I personally cant believe that a national security project would be handed to a company with a currently weak balance sheet.

Most projects are awarded on the basis that the company is seen to be solvent. SRT are financially weak. I believe this is probably why they have to obtain a financial drawdown facility. Unfortunately, beggars cant be choosers, and in my opinion, they are paying a stiff premium for a facility that is essentially forced upon them by nature of the contracts that they are trying to obtain.

If so, it would suggest there is still a delay in getting these deals signed off - if of course they do materialise in the manner that SRT suggests, they seldom do so far.

I seriously doubt they will achieve financial targets yet again for this FY.

This would mean possibly drawing down on the facility again just to pay the wage bill. Their core revenues are not providing the returns that investors were led to believe in. They are showing growth, but from a very low starting base, it wont pay the wage bill.

The coming FY starts from a bad position, still paying off an expensive debt from last years wage bill.

SRT needs to prove itself if it's to generate any return for shareholders, so far the track record is fanfare and excited promises with zero delivery.

Expect more of the same....... Competition is growing too.

That doesn't answer the question of why you have suddenly turned up does it ?
Seems a rational question to me, assuming you're not just wasting your own time.

Are you one of the endearing collection of philanthropists of the financial bulletin boards ?

Yumpy, I think you will agree I for one have been very consistent about Tucker and SRT.He lost all credibility with me when I caught him out about the Singapore contract some time ago.Go on fire an email to him and ask about JRC and the Indo deal!

Nice get-out.

If its so useful, then why post it on this thread when the other is the active one ?

Clearly as an avid follower, you would know that.

Yump sorry you feel that way

Very few shareholders are active - my guess is that less than 1% read ADVFN. Therefore having more research, positive or negative gives ADVFN members here an edge and it is up to each one how they use it.

Investors should always remember that the positive stuff is always given on a plate from Directors and those that are invested. The more interesting research is the relevant information that is slightly harder to find because it requires a little digging.

So what is your point in appearing here ?

If you actually read stuff here, you'll know the JRC information is old news.

So have you an explanation for this old thread being resurrected by DJ Trading ?

Or do you like the idea of lots of old news being brought up ?
