Transaction in own shares

SQN Asset Finance Income Fund Limited (the "Company") announces that it has repurchased 121,316 ordinary shares of no par value into treasury at 91.82p pence per ordinary share.

Following the above transaction, the issued share capital of the Company is 356,463,825 ordinary shares and 138,924,222 C shares, excluding shares held in treasury. The total number of ordinary shares held in treasury is 1,243,682; there are no C shares held in treasury.

The Total Voting Rights following this transaction is 495,388,047, which is the figure that may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
