SQN Asset Finance Income Fund Limited ("the Company")

Notices of Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), General Meeting ("GM") and Class Meetings

The Company announces that it has today posted to shareholders the Notices convening the Company's AGM, GM and Class Meetings, as well as the Annual Report and Audited Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2017.

The AGM will be held at the Company's registered office, BNP Paribas House, St Julian's Avenue, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 1WA on 20 November 2017 at 10.30 GMT. The GM, Ordinary Class Meeting and C Class Meeting will also be held at the Company's registered office on 20 November 2017 at 10.40 GMT, 10.45 GMT and 10.50 GMT respectively.

Copies of the Annual Report and Audited Consolidated Financial Statements and Notices of AGM, GM and Class Meetings are being submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM. Additional copies of these documents will be available on the Company's website: http://sqnassetfinance.com and may be also obtained on request from the Company's registered office.
