A nice little surge there, taking out that recent 132.5p high nicely.

I think I saw it briefly trading at 133, so hopefully more to come.

Perfect time to pick these up on the down low before the full year results announcement on 2nd March. This is heavily undervalued, acc to Simply Wall St, INTRINSIC VALUE BASED ON FUTURE CASH FLOWS should be 216. That’s 44% more than today’s share price This is a SOLID BUY in my book.

Credit Suisse has downgraded its rating for Spire Healthcare Group PLC (LON:SPI) to 'underperform' from 'neutral' while chopping its target price to 85p from 170p as it expects UK hospital market conditions to worsen in 2019. In a note to clients, the Swiss bank's analysts cut their earnings per share estimates for the FTSE SmallCap firm by 14-33% for 2018-2020 and said that they expected Spire to downgrade its underlying earnings (EBITDA) target for 2022 when it announces full-year results on 28 February.

I thought we were going for a test of 130p earlier with that nice late morning move, but topped at 129.7.

Lets hope for another attempt at it this afternoon, with the hope of breaking 132.5p.

Lets hope that recent resistance level at 121 now becomes the support.

Then I wonder what will happen regarding care homes ?

There is already info out there regarding a study in the USA which showed AD carers contracted AD themselves at a rate of 600% times the USA average

The theory is the Amyloid Beta plaque associated with AD is in fact a prion protein

Hopefully we can get over 119.8p today, with a close above 118.5p, which are the recent highs.

If that happens (and why not?) it has the scope to move higher.

This is last years closing statement share price was 250p and it held steady with a slight rise
is this one so bad it warrants an share price of 105p

net debt is reduced.

Spire Healthcare Group plc (LSE: SPI), a leading UK independent hospital group, today confirms previous guidance for its 2017 financial year issued on 14 September: it expects to report 2017 full year results as follows:

-- Revenues in the range of GBP929 million to GBP932 million,
-- Underlying EBITDA in the range of GBP149 million to GBP151 million, and
-- Net debt at 31 December 2017 of approximately GBP465 million.
