Tenniselbow - Are you sure? That's what I assumed when I first read the rns, but it doesn't actually say that:


"the board intends to issue, subject to Admission, fresh warrants to shareholders on the register at the time of this announcement."

Do you have further info to clarify?

The date for the warrants to expire is one year from publication of the prospectus.
If held in a nominee account the warrants will be held by your holder.

tbh, im hoping we shoot through 10p very quickly.. Company must be expecting that too as its only a year time frame, and needs to be well above 10p to be worth investors converting..

Looking at that CBD company zeo that has 10 bagged on 50k of sales, we must be onto a winner here with a legitimate business, passed all the regulations, sky the limit..

I guess the main question is what are they going to do with the 6 mil cash pile? Obviously rapidly grow the business, but in what direction (s)?

yes, that's how I read it.. I guess they will be electronically credited to your account they were in originally, on re list day, after resolutions passed.

So we get One warrant for every Two shares we hold.
10p is the exercisable price for 12 months.
is this correct and how do we get our warrants ?

dan - my thinking exactly ....having held since 2017.
I reckon there couldn't have been a better sector for SOP to have ventured into.

My thoughts often turn to ZOE in that respect. It's not that long ago ZOE was the laggard "Highland Gold" company and has multi-bagged every since the move from gold to cannabis.

What's more, we will be looking at SOP moving into a very uncluttered business area, I think is the case.

Think Kanabo will fly when it starts trading. Should be a very hot sector and this is the first of its kind coming to the London market
