Do spectra need shareholder approval for share buyback. I know they have said they would be open to do so. Would help clear overhang and be earnings enhancing at current levels. More tax efficient than returning cash as dividends.

Liquidity on the buy side is certainly a lot lower than yesterday, and the real offer price has moved up by 1.5p to £1.

Well if you think Spectra may double this year ....better to keep some of the gains tax free.

Good ideaI always wait to end of tax year so last week I crystallised gains in spectra and put them into my ISA at 90p Holding well today Bmn a great one ..I had warrants that expired : (Don't like equities in general though

Thats good..l can swap 20k of spectra into my ISA from my trading account which will use my capital gains allowance barring any losses which is a slim possibility considering l only hold bushvield minerals at an average 1.45p and spectra at 45p.
