Tilly
i think you know tax will be the same but if as i understand the cash is coming in as fast as it is then there could be huge increase in the dividend( i have stuck to 6 cents though this is a 20% increase on last years dividend)
My forecast of 10 cents earnings for the full year may still yet work out to be correct but is embarrassingly much higher than WH Ireland
As the company has a stated dividend policy to pay out any cash above $5m this could easily bring a doubling of the dividend?
I think it is worth watching SPSC as this is the class of share where the company options are released into. (see RNS releases) i think this gives a better clue to where we are headed longer term
Re the sellers, My guess is that an II is releasing to it's favourite clients as i stated before as has banked good profits on its holding
any way here's hoping to get some more at around 82p and then it is just a case of waiting for news and the January update (as per last year) that will give a much firmer update, well hopefully!!

Looks like a pretty brutal seller. Shares look like they are going to give up weeks gains. Might require another couple of materially ahead announcements to clear them.

NtvIt's true!! One must be nearly finished with all the recent volume!!Tell me,what do you think our divi for this year will be? Is it the case that we will get all the cash returned down to 5m bucks? If so it could be very substantial Also if 15pct withholding what is the extra tax we will have to pay here?

Yes I believe it's closed or closing However the shares aren't a value share and now a growth(hopefully!!) share so probably not a typical mills situ now!Sellers don't worry me..the 3 biggest holders were selling Galliform at 11p..now 6 qdIf spsy does well that's all that matters Next year could be v exciting!! We've had so many beats

NtvNo trials to pay for now so cash burn will be a lot lessBuy sub 40p and make good returns in mtfb Sorry last on that topic as this thread re spsy which is still my biggest holding as believe trubrand will be worth 50p to us and thus 140p If aeris gains traction then a new big figure imo ie 200p

It's worth keeping an eye on Company websites as occasionally holders above 3% have any changes altered there when not RNS'd

Tilly99,

any idea who the seller is ?

Always thought it was strange there was no corresponding reduction in holdings RNS when katy picked up over 1.5m shares a month or so ago. Hope sellers are notifying correctly.

Thanks

Don't disagree ntv and yes maybe we will trade on a higher peI just think the fact that Nabil is this company means we trade on a lower valuation Bought decent amount of motif at 40.5Rainmaker and others should take a look as its a "no brainer " for me Look at the peers valuation and we have just passed phase 3Mad price this

Teddy Sagi owns 68% of SCH doesn't stop that valuation being in the low 20's
Growth in niche sectors should be valued much higher like the pharma and software sectors
the products on sale here are niche and a start up can't easily copy what they do
time will tell to see if they match expectations
get another update early January with some more figures as per last year

NtvI agree with many comments above and the growth here warrants a decent peHowever a pe of 17 imo is madness because 1/shares are quite illiquid so many institutions won't touch it 2/ this company is mainly a one man band 3/ the company promised a great deal for aeris which never came to fruition 4/ UK listing when all operations abroad Anyway, a pe of 12-15 would be v nice indeed especially if trubrand lives up to the promise With the volume yesterday one of the sellers must be nearly finished??!!SimsoTotally agreeI always said buy in the 80s and expect us to test 100p in the run up to the figsMaybe a reason range of 85p to 100p for a few weeks?
