Nico - yes, the lack of AGMs swung it for me: the base case is - companies have AGMs, SPSY doesn't - so I was no longer comfortable holding. How many? About 2 R8s.
Good news for you - they were easy to sell.

He didn't have many to sell ...l sold 23k ..l needed some funds for my new Audi R8. It was a choice of selling this which had no capital attached because in a ISA or Bushvield which has huge capital gains attached as most sitting in a trading account.

Thats because this is an excellent share with tons of cash..excellent growing profits ...take a look you should invest...rather than trying to short. As l said when trolls enter...its probably a time to buy some more

fwiw I couldnt give a flyingF about the share price as I'm not a holder and have no interest in being one.However,I do rather think from time to time it is worth taking a minute of one's precious time in an attempt to deflate what appears to be an overblown ego.(not an uncommon trait with some people here).Considering this is public place of discussion it little beholds you to be so priggish.(look that one up if you dont know the proper meaning).
It is abundantly clear that this board has been the 'private' cosy chat room of 2 people for the past few years ....with little or no discussion other than fawning comment one to the other.....so come off your high horses why dont you..eh?

Nico ..Trident is not a new comer and he did give some advice on the tax issues..although he has always had something negative to say about Spectra. I think trolls are a good sign....they know they can move the share price with relatively small buys and sells ..so let them carry on with their little games.

Thanks to you trident ..l have it in order...thats what happens sometimes when a small share holder with little knowledge of US tax law ...becomes a bigger fish in the pond. Funny to think less than two years ago l had stock holdings of £50k and by next dividend l will be getting close to that from Spectra alone...so your right .. blood unbelievable
