15/6/2022 09:14 | With its high gross margin, ost of that $2m falls right to the bottom line. That's substantial.... Worth almost 20% of a year's EPS. | boonkoh
15/6/2022 08:46 | One thing you can't argue with despite my comments is the fantastic relationship they have with the major G7 customer. It is the bed rock of the company. Small upgrades to 2022-2024 on the back of this and must underpin higher dividends as we move forward. While we can moan as we do about the AGM and lack of commercial progress outside currency it is clear that SPSY is cheap on most metrics while we wait for the sensor delivery from 2024 | harrogate
14/6/2022 10:00 | For as far as I can recall this is the first time I am currently seriously doubting that I will be re-investing my dividends back in to SPSY. On the one hand the last x2 positive ''ahead of expectations'' RNS's have failed to ignite any interest for a CEO who, on the other hand, seems to live in his past success with SPSY, while informing us how much the Co is worth but not delivering on his recent, and longer term transformational projects. Clearly the Market is informing him that currently the jury is out on his Investor tactics and growth strategy. For balance I remain a holder for the med to long term, based on market forecasts, and to be fair happily collecting the dividends, which does deserve a lot of credit. | pj 1
14/6/2022 08:46 | On the subject of reported earnings, interesting to note that GBP has declined 15% or so against USD in the last 12 months. Every little helps. | robsy2
14/6/2022 08:24 | Good to see we have sorted the CFO tile out. Looks very experienced. Wonder when she starts ? | harrogate
14/6/2022 01:05 | Nico it's not a waste of time you being here.. This is just as you say not a popular share... But every share has its day.... | sonofbanjosinger
13/6/2022 13:42 | Thanks It is what it is Solaris valued at zero Free punt | nico115
13/6/2022 10:43 | I did try with my holdings ... this is the reply Thank you for your enquiry and please accept my apologies for the delayed response. We have checked our records and can confirm that we will unfortunately not be able to facilitate voting and attendance at the Spectra Systems Corp. The reason for this is because Spectra Systems Corp is an overseas registered security. In order to be able to hold and trade overseas stocks, Hargreaves Lansdown holds the stocks as CREST Depository Interests (CDIs) as under UK law foreign stocks cannot be handled directly in CREST (the UK settlement system).CDIs are issued by CREST, and one CDI is the equivalent of one share of an eligible foreign stock. Essentially, for each stock available as a CDI, CREST has the required number of shares held in its name (or the name of an intermediary acting for it) at the central securities depository in the company's home country (these are the foreign equivalents of CREST for example, DTCC in the US, Euroclear in much of Europe, Clearstream in Germany, SIS in Switzerland). As the shares are not held in the name of Hargreaves Lansdown, we are unable to submit voting and attendance requests for overseas General Meetings as we will not appear on the register of shareholders. We apologise for this inconvenience. If you have any other questions, please let us know. | sonofbanjosinger
13/6/2022 08:16 | Yes well done but it is not down to you. Does Nabil pick up the phone to each of these guys? Retail will never fill the gap as it is too difficult. My shares are in 5 accounts with 2 names with 3 different brokers. I voted my IG shares as they actually make it easy now. It is a massive failure of relationship building by Nabil. Maybe not unconnected to the failure to win the Asian CB contract a while back I and the La k if any real new business wins ? | harrogate
13/6/2022 08:10 | I tried v hardI got the top 3 shareholders to vote Katie p never even replied ,she's rude Problem this year was retail Many brokers wouldn't allow them to vote 41pct is best so far I'm not bothering next year to garner support as waste of my time | nico115
13/6/2022 07:19 | No AGM again. It is pretty pathetic. I just don't understand why the company can't get people to vote. The top 8 shareholders account for 55% + of the shares including Nabil. So given we know Nico and Nabil voted they only need to get another 5 people to vote. It is shocking and while not the major issue here - lack of commercial traction and going ex growth are the key - it just adds to the La l of interest from institutional investors. Very disappointing | harrogate
11/6/2022 11:20 | Nabil keeps delivering Don't look at share price I'm sure we can sell out at 2quid whenever we so wish Cash machine | nico115
10/6/2022 20:22 | Surely spsy with the 8p divi so 144p is outperforming most of your portfolio ?For me it's a great co a great yield and I'm delighted I'm a decent holder | nico115
10/6/2022 19:00 | Falling on 20k turnover is hardly an issue .. also 4 million in dividends to be paid out soon .. so l surely some of this will find its way back into Spectra Shares... anyway 35% of your portfolio in Spectra seems pretty balanced when comparing with mine .... | sonofbanjosinger
10/6/2022 18:50 | I have about 35% of my portfolio here so when SPSY falls it really hurts. The dividend will be very nice but does not make up for the 5p falls. I am hoping Nabil can pull something out of the bag for us in the next few months or I fear we will just keep slipping away share price wise. | fozzie
10/6/2022 16:32 | Same here .. just looking forward to the dividend in the next couple weeks ... and with the weaker pound now has one of the best dividends on the Aim .. had another 100k at around 1.43 last week. | sonofbanjosinger
10/6/2022 14:56 | SPSY becoming a real drag on my portfolio. Trying to stay patient but 30% fall over the last 19 months is not good. | fozzie

07/6/2022 16:05 | Ok thx We will struggle unless you and other holders vote | nico115
07/6/2022 13:22 | Tried with HL but they say the shares are held in Crest ... they are still looking into the situation now. | sonofbanjosinger
07/6/2022 12:10 | Call your brokers asap as deadline is now | nico115
07/6/2022 12:01 | Please make sure you all vote at GM to get a quorum | nico115
07/6/2022 11:20 | Discussed this last week ... ex-dividend day was last Wednesday... | sonofbanjosinger
06/6/2022 18:22 | Held up well today considering we went ex-divi. | dcarn
01/6/2022 20:38 | My perception is that an announcement of a share buy back programme is to disguise a lack of future contract news. AVA, SPSY I currently hold with recent buy backs which have resulted in sell offs. I also recall a number of posters here previously emailing Nabil to undertake the buy back at the expense of future dividends. I agree with Harrogate that there is little evidence in the market that buy backs have the desired effect, certainly over the short and medium term. Other than that we still await a now long promised transformation event, or anything tangible with Aeris. | pj 1 |
