Let's look at what we have achieved this year We've had an amazing year and we have had delays in trubrand and substrate We have aeris and Solaris as added extras Our co has never been in a better state Oassama offloading has been detrimental

I don't see liquidity as a problem in a decent coProblem here is there are only 2 or 3 large holders who are in for the long term We need to attract another couple of instis as retail Cant keep taking up the slack

But the contract award announced in early October this year gives a clear steer on what we might be seeing in 2023 - 2025 which supports a significant increase in annual revenues for those years. Although I am sure as usual the hardware element will be at a lower margin than the core phosper business. What we need is for something to land that provides an ongoing revenue layer on top of t to he current highly profitable core.

...aah I now see nico is way out in the future. I don’t even know the 2022 forecast.

Broker estimates are USD 15m for 2020 and USD 16.5m for 2021. I would have thought SPSY should be considering share buybacks provided they have no need for some of the cash they are holding.

nico, could I ask where those 2023 and 2024 figures come from?

I've added today, they were very easy to get hold off. ref institutions. I don't agree having more II's would necessarily boost the share price. The liquidity could get even worse, and hence more volatility with anyone buying or selling.

I've sent email to Nabil about getting a joint broker and more institutional backingThe more that email the better !!It's shameful that we have only 3 institutional shareholders whenwe have such fantastic game changing oppsWith 30p in cash and revs of c14m in 2023 and 2024 this price levelIs ridiculous

I am surprised that we don’t have more institutional interest. Something to mention in my next email lol. The selling does tick me off a bit I have to say Nic. I have a large position (for me) here and it’s a position that could be life changing should even a few of the opportunities find the bullseye. I have been very patient particularly in the first few years where the share price didn’t do a lot. More required obvs.

I don't worry about buyers and sellers I don't actually care too much about the share price I'm happy if Spsy is doing wellAnd I think it's doing outstandingly well Nabil is the best ceo on aim Although if I was him I would appoint a joint broker and try to attract more institutions as he has a great story to tell.

Now the FTSE tanking is bringing down spectra, maybe before it was the weakening dollar. Now the strengthening dollar failing to offset lol. Got to love the market. Of course these are not the only reasons for share price movements. I might top up. Although I am waiting for another March-2020-like moment where I bought big to do so again.

Nico, plenty of other reasons to sell. Margin call, needs cash for something else, thinks they have a better use for it, etc etc etc etc.

There are two sellers Maybe one is selling due to geography ?The other one no idea but can only be one reason There are over 30 positives to buying this share And only one negative Maybe the seller thinks the world becomes cashless Firstly this is unlikely for at least another 5 to 10 years and we have now diversified with trubrand and Solaris

It’s been a long time coming Nic, like you I have been here forever but I do have days when impatience gets the better of me. Not a good week, need the seller to stop and shareholders to grow some and start accumulating. Have a good weekend 🍷

Totally agree Disagree on one point though With the recent contract win and revenues of 50m over 3 years with high margins our share price should be 220p today Then if we mange to fulfil all our other potential especially substrate opp we will be 20 quid Most exciting co on aim The market will wake up one day

Agreed price well supported with what we already have with loads of Jam for next year..... eventually value always finds its level ... How many shares do you know that 3 days into the first lockdown 23rd March increased their dividend by over 20 percent and have already stated that revenues are ahead for this and deals seem to be accelerating..... even stuff like Aeris that were dismissed a few years ago have a good chance now .....
