03/4/2020 17:07 | Buyback continues | ntv
03/4/2020 16:02 | If you told me 3 years ago "Spsy will be worth more than Dlar"I would've thought you stonk raving mad : ) | nico115
02/4/2020 19:42 | Wouldn’t disagree looks a great hold in the current climate I do feel there may be a number of companies on Aim that may outperform this but carry Rather more risk BYOT DNL TSTL which only applies to DNL out of the three Mentiond | best1467
02/4/2020 15:18 | Yes longer term you maybe right ...l am looking at the last low around 3800 shorter term....but not going to happen over night. | sonofbanjosinger
02/4/2020 12:38 | With a huge cash pile and 4 chances to double profits (one seems nailed on) along with a nearly guranteed 7pct yield until at last 2026 There isn't another share on Aim I would rather be invested in | nico115
02/4/2020 12:27 | Totally agree I'm expecting markets to halve again from here | nico115
02/4/2020 12:07 | Thanks fozzie l have both on my already on my watch .list | sonofbanjosinger
02/4/2020 11:46 | I certainly agree that you need to be holding shares with no debt and cash on the balance sheet. I have a few Companies that tick that box but the opportunity here on several fronts makes this the one to hold for me and is by a distance my largest position. I bought a lot of gold shares 2-3 months ago hoping that they would provide some protection from the carnage, I am down overall by about 5% on that strategy so the flight to gold seems rather over egged imo. I have bought GAN in the last few weeks and I continue to hold KAPE. Both have released very good results recently and both state that C19 does not affect their business in any way at all. Might be worth a look? Apologies for off topic. | fozzie
02/4/2020 11:09 | I really can't find another share that l would hold long term now. The average man does not even realise that his pension is linked to the stock market....so he probably wont realise until he gets his yearly statement and he thinks... christ wheres all my money gone.Pension companies and individuals are going to have to sell even more shares to cover dividend payments that the big companies use to pay ...l think the ftse100 use to pay 110 billion in dividends each year. Also the main reason why the stock market has increased in value over the last few years is company share buy back schemes....these will now become a thing of the past. So we have have alot of companies paying no dividends, loaded with debt via there massive share backs with a uncertain future going forward....so anyone expecting a V shaped recovery is deluding themselves...there is only one direction the market is heading long term....and thats down. | sonofbanjosinger
31/3/2020 11:43 | I sold 20k at 90p ...so that l was not sitting with a capital gain on my normal share account, but no intention of selling anymore. My SUK2 is still looking healthy just loaded in a few more and sold out at CEY at 1.36 from 96p waiting for a new entry point... | sonofbanjosinger
31/3/2020 11:34 | If you want to sell pm me | nico115
31/3/2020 11:28 | Agreed the market will tank .... l have a large holding here so have no real option than to hold...but with a good dividend and a good outlook l feel pretty relaxed about the situation. | sonofbanjosinger
31/3/2020 11:27 | Fair enough Im also cautious markets but with a huge cash pile ,an 8 Pct yield ,growing decent profits and inventing new stuff all the time along with some massive contract opps I'm staying putIn fact I think we are 140p by end April ..let's see | nico115
31/3/2020 11:09 | I'm out. When death figures start huge rises in the US, the markets will fall again. | petewy
31/3/2020 10:56 | I was looking bid side but was no offers anywhere and this the rise today We still tick all the right boxes ? | nico115
31/3/2020 10:55 | Obviously only optimistic about Spectra (and gold) at the moment, one of the only companies that since the lockdown has come out with good figures, a good outlook and a 28 percent increase in dividend. | sonofbanjosinger
31/3/2020 10:49 | Might be able to get some more on the next wave down in the markets ...there is no reason for the optimism the stock market has at the moment. | sonofbanjosinger
31/3/2020 10:43 | I have put limit orders in most days without any luck. | sonofbanjosinger
31/3/2020 10:09 | Just had a look and could initilly get 5k, but no more, in an online quote at 118. Then the bid was moved up and the 5k at 118 is no longer available. | shanklin
31/3/2020 09:15 | Anyone else finding it hard to buy stock here ?Illiquid on way down and way up At least we have a buyback now underpinning price and a nice fat divi in June A nice contract win next month and we may even test all time highs Nice to be in quality in this climate : ) | nico115
29/3/2020 11:20 | Nothing Shanklin, it's virus spam put onto multiple threads under different headings. Don't click the links folks. | argylerich
