Au contraire PJ...SPSY very predictable..and 2020 guidance was upgraded on Monday with PTP increased from $4.6m to $5m...and a new 2021 Forecast of $5.3m. Nabil only forecasts what he knows with certainty and contractually. All the opportunities which are maybe's and possibles are not in the Forecast...though some always do come through, and he then upgrades. 2019 started with a forecast of $3.6m..and as we have seen, the final number was $5.3m.

I know alot money is being put into the system but most of that will be digital.

This must be the only company so far since the lockdown to announce an increased dividend or any kind of dividend and some forward guidance.

Whatever the delays, SPSY did state yesterday they expect to beat existing expectations for 2020.

Nice results but when you read through the statement it does look like some contracts will be deferred into '21. Not sure then what we can really expect revenue wise for this year.

That will be a general problem for nearly every company, you can just wipe out 2020 like it never happened.

Totally agree The market is missing the point here We have a 50pct chance of winning this huge contract in Asia .worth 100p to us We have an 80pct chance of huge revs from Trubrand ..also worth 100p with all the other brand authentification opps We also have a buyer of 4.5m shares and a potential seller of 1m The only way is up !! 120 -125 is right price today (will be there by Friday night)This is one of the most exciting shares on Aim

Agreed not a special especially as I was expecting 8c anyway I'm delighted with today's results and in normal market conditions we would be substantially higher Let's hope N is canny and buys on red at say 100p as there will always be sellers in a liquid stock when all others are crashing around us

No i don't think you have. Hopefully this 9c will form a baseline going forward despite it being a 'one time' special dividend. Usually special dividends are declared in addition to normal dividends, so they basically are declaring a special dividend of 1-2c, not 9c.

Well pleased with the figures and the pipeline....the special dividend of 9c paid in June is really only a 1c special dividend as we were expecting 8c anyway.... or have got something wrong ?

Yield is nearly 7%. This makes SPSY a high yielding, tech, growth play. So many boxes ticked that I might have to go into isolation !

Not sure you could really have asked for any more. Whopper of a dividend, materially ahead for 2020 and plenty of irons in the fire re transformative products. Nice to see Aeris back in the news. Could do with pushing that out to a wider audience. Would generate a lot more interest. Not surprising selling kicking in. Anywhere where people are sat with profits likely to find sellers taking advantage of liquidity.
