Yes, very disappointing news. Contradicts their very confident comments of less than a month ago. Hopefully, just a bump in the road but time will tell I guess. This will now take a couple of years to get back to where it was!

Typical of an AIM company, it was on my watchlist for sometime. Glad I did not buy. Very sorry for all the holders here. I hope you get some answers from the Board.

I'm perplexed as to how profits can just suddenly halve, especially after management were so upbeat about prospects for this year, just 4 weeks ago.

It's a shocker of a warning, so glad that I took profits on these a few weeks back, shows the importance of risk management in this game as you can never be fully sure of any company you have a stake in. I got lucky this time but have been stung in the past and will be again.

Someone got lucky (?) at 8.39am by offloading 16,575 shares at 128p, biggest single trade in over a month.

Annual report is all pretty positive, albeit it begs the question of what the next growth geographical area will be now that they have cracked the UK and Germany.

One interesting fact is that Matthew Bending didn't get a bonus for 2013 and two other directors did and earn't more than him (only marginally but still more). I always suspected that Matthew Bending was the leading light behind this business. Maybe not!! I can't quite understand it really but maybe he looks after the UK which didn't grow. Why didn't he deserve a bonus? I suppose the appreciation in value of 2,092,000 shares might have helped but even so looks a bit unfair to me. Looks underpaid at £145k to me, not that they have ever taken enormous salaries which is a positive.

I have been watching these for a while and finally have some cash to take my first position.

Loving the trend shown in the chart and with a healthy set of results, strong balance sheet and contract wins, I am hoping that this is just the start of a continuing positive trend.

Chart would suggest that 175p is on the cards in the not too distant future.

now that the ex-div is done (4th April) this should slowly be making its way back up now. Not much stock around today.

Just gone through the annual report.
Great to see performance of German promotion in H2
Given that goodwill represents just under half of total assets went through the Goodwill footnote closely. Surprised that they use such a low discount rate-6% and would have expected to see info on goodwill impairment headroom.
Thinking seriously about adding but for me the current share price seems to reflect accurately the valuation

I've decided to cut back on my share trading and only plan to hold a few shares in the portfolio so good luck to all holders here. It's been a good steady run from 90p.

Great results again. Even with the Retail UK business down a bit they have other parts of the business doing even better. Great little GARP stock this. Should be rewarding now that some of the acquisition shares have been sold by former directors. Others will start noticing this and the shares are pretty tightly held. Gresham House shares are still an uncertainty, but can see those being demerged to shareholders.
