And how long is this 'temp. suspension' lasting? I have not received any notice of the EGM but perhaps my broker is keeping this a secret!

I agree that this could be a very good deal potentially. All we can do at the moment though is just to wait and see ( again ). ;o)

It does look a good deal in a hot sector. More importantly it bulks the size of the company up and therefore attracts a few more institutions in. I hope they manage to place shares at 3.5p at least. If they manage that I think shares will come back at a good premium to the current price.

A transaction for 527,037 shares just went through @3.5p (looks big but it's less than £20K) but impossible to determine whether it was a Buy or a Sell. Very quiet here !

Apart from the Towerinput acquisition in April there has been no newsflow since the March 8th trading statement. Looks like there were around 250,000 shares sold over the past week as small PIs probably exited on boredom !

Late news flash after everyone had gone home for the weekend.

"The company is delighted to announce the appointment of Grant Thornton as
Nominated Advisor with immediate effect"

Is this symptomatic of poor performance of the previous NOMAD, or just a change to a different one with a culture that's perceived as more empathic ?

Better going to broker if they can do any better - Spread online at the moment for me is -

Buy 25k @ 3.92
Sell 300k @ 3.35

Wondered if this is from that 500k yesterday - could have been dropped to fill that order imv.
Maybe some more delayed trades to show nearer the close.

Still 3 v 2 after that rise.

Not only can you trade closer to the mid price but you can deal in larger quantities first. For those thinking of buying in or adding I'd suggest checking quantities on a online account.

MM's actually trying to create a market. Horrendous spread still though but I assume that you can still trade well within the spread.
