Not a bad guess from two weeks ago.... Share price movement was so obvious. It's outrageous that people get to pre sell on the basis of these fundraises. Only people losing out are long term loyal SHs. It's an AIM disgrace.

Listened to the web cast, so we have another 12/18 months with maybe 6 months cash left from today. So there gonna be another raise which will hopefully see us thru to cash generation. That in itself sound like good news, the end post is in sight. The tax bill which Mohamed talked through sounds like a part is dead as it is against a dormant company which doesn't affect the main vehicle. The balance (no figures were given) is lodged against the current company and is in court....a little more elaboration than Sarah gave us. His intimation was they were expecting a reply from the court in the coming months.....let's see what this looks like in August when we will no doubt be seeing the next raise by.

We still need the vat bill that the Moroccan tax office slapped on us last year sorted. Last reply from Sarah D a month ago was that it was in the courts process, which could well mean anything.Until that's sorted we are going nowhere with our share price In the BODs place I would be totally focussed on getting that killed off asap or they will be drinking up our profits for years to come.Maybe I am just to obsessed with that? Just jiggles me it's still not dealt with over 1 year later.

dilip - the 1st well at Tendara -TE5 - was 17 tcf when 3 to 5 was hoped for.
The shares, which I had bought at 14p for the prospect at Badile, shot up to 80p.
There was Schlumberger financing all drills and infrastructure for 27.5% of the gas.
Then we had a duster at Tendara, TE9, shers down to 60p.
Badile turned out productive but too geologically unstable & dangerous to opperate being just 15 miles south of Milan - well closed. Shares down to 20p.
Then TE10 turned up some O & G but not in sufficient quantities to be commercial.
Shares down to next to nothing.

O&G explo is a hit & miss biz. 100 yards difference can mean win or lose.

SOU now have one commercial gas well which is being prepared for success.
Pity they are a year behing the current spike in gas prices but that might last some time, and Morrocco are desparate for gas so they'll get top dollar for theirs.
If they use the cash to drill in the right place we'll be off to the races again..
If not, my target here is c. 10p.

All a little disappointing the call today. As expected really. What could they say that was going to be interesting or tasty? They need to RNS, it needs to come from actions, delivery and progress, both in terms of funding, phase 1, and progress on Phase 2 and putting the tax claims to rest. They are fking huge, over 35m in total, almost our entire mcap. Very very unfortunate.

It's possible. But I am not 100% that's the reason why we are stuck in such a narrow trade range.

My complete and utter guess is a placing that's currently being worked for 10-15% equity basis 2.2p. Some much buying daily and share price keeps falling. Background large seller. Ultimately it's all the buyers between 3.4p last Thursday and now that will have funded it as there's pre-announcement selling going on I feel. To be 100% clear, I know nothing of it, just basis experience of these background placing and seeing these sharp moves up and down before. Pre placing selling gets worked in the background before announcement. Let's see. Perhaps they'll be a few more qs for them in the investor q&a than everyone currently expects.

My point is there's undoubtedly a background seller(s), if you know sou and how aim works generally you'll recognise the signs and be able to join the dots. It happens time and time again.

Just look at the 7-year graph shymas, total disaster, this rise is hardly noticeable. I do hope you haven't held these since those days??

Volume and price action is textbook. The market was taken or allowed to trade a lot higher to get volumes up. There have been multiple size (1m or 2m clips) traded on the sell side for the last 2 days. My very strong opinion is this is pre selling into a placing. I'm expecting an RNS early half of next week saying a placing has been done. More dilution, almost as poor as Graham's 13m free shares....
