8 weeks! Are they carrying it by hand. Surely they could have started moving some of the required kit over to the general drilling area earlier in the year. I thought the plan was to spud in June.

Yes the Rig set out on the 13th August. Sound had previously stated 8 weeks traveling time, so arriving on site around the 8th October.

The problem here is that the previous hype has been shown to have been misplaced.Unless the explo produces freely flowing gas at commercial quantities this is going down the toilet. The current discovered volumes do not support the field development given the pipeline requirements and cost IMHO.It's time to put up or shut up.
