21/8/2018 09:41 | Harvs19, you know that thing called carriage return/enter on your keyboard? you should try using it more often! | kmann
20/8/2018 13:30 | Do the multiples compared to BOO etc really matter in this context. This is a new company and surely the share price reflects the potential it has going forward in what is a massive marketplace | jrich1
20/8/2018 13:23 | I wouldn’t imagine selling in shops to be part of the game plan. They seem to be doing well online and their little black book of celeb contacts must be bulging at the seems taking in to consideration their former employment. I think they will get where we all want them to be by carrying on doing what they are doing. Not that I’m a digital marketing expert or anything lol | jrich1
19/8/2018 15:32 | harvs19 why don't you ask the management your questions directly. I think they would give you the most informative information you are seeking. | ironman22
18/8/2018 05:15 | Talk about a bubble SOSANDAR 🎖... STRONG SELL SOS Pile in at 29x sales ( wait until it's 12/15p ) while BOO is at 3.7 x sales KOOV 2.7 x sales and ASOS 2.35 x sales. | transhoneyqueens
17/8/2018 14:42 | I have taken a keen interest in this since the results showing sales taking off. Confident that they will grow into the current valuation comfortably, but the question I have before really backing up the truck is how are they going to turn this into a multimillion pound fashion brand? Sure there is a decent size market for targeting what I see as predominately stay at home mums / middle aged women but what is the plan to get the brand in front of the masses? I'm sure they have a strategy but would appreciate if anyone could shed some light? As far as I can tell at this stage most of their marketing comes from shows like Loose Women and the like i.e. daytime television shows, hence my assumption of the target market being predominately stay at home mums. They are also using the 'stars' of these shows to push their clothing lines as well, and a great job is clearly being done as reflected in the recent results. However, I can see from the website that they are producing a lot of work wear. If you are a 30 something working woman who is not at home to watch these shows in the day time, what sort of marketing is being done to get the brand in front of these individuals? Perhaps nothing yet, which is fine for now as they are doing very well focussing on the current niche, but I'd like to know what their plan is for this in the medium term as otherwise at some point I can see the growth plateauing. Will they soon be looking at tv ads and the like? Or maybe more targeted social media marketing? Now I know Sosandar are a pure online play currently but could they possibly look at getting themselves into some high street department stores via small concessions? Clearly this would have a small negative effect on margins but this could do wonders for brand awareness in my opinion. There has been a lot of talk about the death of the high street but I think this is somewhat over done and I believe there could be some real value to be had by the company if they perhaps dipped their toe in, even if only on a short term basis in order to get the brand out there. I wonder whether management have considered this? I am just thinking out loud here and as I said I am bullish about the company, but would appreciate hearing any thoughts that my comments may have provoked. | harvs19
14/8/2018 22:26 | This is the bulletin board for discussing Sosandar, not Koovs. Kindly respect that fact. | paulypilot
14/8/2018 14:49 | I think you will find that they are now trading with positive margins & improving with every update! | harebridge
13/8/2018 22:49 | KOOV has a negative gross margin. No more need be said. | pastybap
13/8/2018 12:16 | thebradski007 It's impossible to answer, it's what you think that matters. All I would suggest is maybe buy in tranches so to average out. It could be 50p in a week, it could be 20p in a week. The short term movement is impossible to predict. All the best | toyin
13/8/2018 08:32 | Hi All Just looking into SOS, in your opinions what would be a fair buy in price? | thebradski007
11/8/2018 09:20 | I do Twitter but was just interested in the hits as an indication of SOS'a growth. | plasybryn
11/8/2018 07:19 | No worries Paul I will post the request on that thread if your happy to give your current view no offence intended was purely down to fact the FCCN board seems to have died a death since mid-May. Regards | clarea
10/8/2018 20:27 | Hi clarea, I don't want to clutter the SOS board, by talking about another company. Let's discuss FCCN on the FCCN board here. PP. | paulypilot
10/8/2018 18:58 | Hi Paul just wondered if you had heard anything on another of your faves French Connection been dropping a bit last few weeks volume just under 5 tines the average today but can't see any rns/gossip. Is it just a clumsy seller exiting or anything else ? Thanks Andy | clarea |
