Many thanks for that. Terminology aside though, I was just wondering where you got the information regarding an announcement on the 30th of June? Or is it based on the fact that they had a Q1 Trading Update last year on the 29th of June 2016 and an assumption that the same will happen this year?

Only asking as I don’t know!

Hi, where do you get the information that there's a trading update due at the end of this week? There's nothing about that on Sophos's financial calendar, or any of the other websites that report announcements for the coming week? Well, the ones I look at anyhow.

Should see some nice steady positive days over the next few weeks after the last few trading days consolidation. Intercept x sales are flying boosted by recent events and after the uk IT security show last week, Sophos are seeing great press

was this a tree shake today or is there some news we are missing. Hopefully just a pull back from the recent rises.

We're still yet to understand the potential with the Sophos product set, particularly intercept x and what's coming down the line with Invincea. Intercept x has clearly shown it's credibility in recent weeks with the successful protection of thousands of public and private sector clients but it's still only been sold to a small percentage of sophos' own clients, huge market upside! Invincea is the game changer and there aren't any true competitors with the end to end stack of tech that Sophos has! £2billion market cap.... who knows where this will be in 6 months!

The AJ Bell website is down so cannot access my ISA or dealing account online.

Just had online chat with one of their representatives who says there is no time frame on when it will get fixed or, indeed, what the actual problem is.

It is lucky that it is a relatively quiet day (for me at least).

Let's be fair. The reason this has jumped up so much is the 2020 guidance being way ahead of consensus, not just wannacry

Further to my recent blog when I said I had taken it off my watch list, 'cos nothing special I could see, a director has now sold nigh on half a million quid's worth at the jumped up price due to WannaCry hype. Sure, internet/computer/network security is paramount; but bidding up the price of a particular share for no reason other than its business type, does not make sense. The announcement that Chief Executive Officer Kris Hagerman sold 113,621 shares at a price of 401.35 pence per share on Friday, with the sale worth GBP456,018, doesn't make me WannaBuy.
