From memory the BOD own around 30% and Rivomore about the same so any bid would have to be at a significant premium. As has been pointed out by a couple of posters in the past, other software companies are valued much higher than SPE.

Reverse into a bigger company. Lots of market synergies and possible cross pollination of sales. NCC is currently under valued and offers opportunity to SPE

trinko, I don't have a specific tp in mind, but it looks set to run a fair bit higher after the recent consolidation. 750 is not unrealistic.

I have an idea that figures are not far away, and that they are reckoned to be comfortably....

It's been a great investment for me. Solid management, under promise and always over deliver. Only 10 million shares in circulation and I'm expecting a progressive dividend policy when results are posted.

harry, all it needs is a little more volume.

There are a number of potential turns on my chart over the next week. The first one is tomorrow. Also tomorrow the current flag/pennant is 17 sessions long, which coincides with the length of the previous one.
