That’s it then
Great de list so what
I suggest investors now need to sighn up to Sondrels investor relations email
Receive all up to date company announcements.
Shareholders who have held out
Will imo and some very clever investors see SND eventually having a Nasdaq listing or even being approached for multiples of todays price.
One who was involved with the ARM sale can see SND valuation at 200 million
Or approximately 100 pence per share in the coming years. GLA

Can buy 1% of the Company for £20k

Would have cost 100x that when it IPO'd

PE/VC Investors like ROX look for 10x on their investments so if they invested at 10p they must be hoping to make 100p on any future sale whether its a trade sale or IPO on NASDAQ

Just seems a good risk-reward to me right now. If you have patience and can put up with the lack of liquidity / transparency of owning a Private Company.

To be honest it is a good discipline as a long term investor to take an 'ownership' approach rather than a trading one. How many investments would you actually hold if you were told you wouldn't be able to trade them ?

I hold de listed RAV (Raven Russia) and I bought them a week before suspension due to Ukraine. I bought them for 4p and the NAV is 70p. It will need peace to get my money back but the matched bargain facility has Been in place for 2yrs
For SND I am purchasing a large amount on Monday and Tueday because even if they stay private they will be worth at least 15-20pence in the future, maybe more if they get American listing which is where they ought to be really with their customer base.

High risk policy but I'm happy to have my money on this private company for the next 3-5 years

I have bought more in the 1s having bought some in the 2s. It does not make much sense for ROX to stitch us up but they might, or they might just pull off a sale of the business at a multiple of their 10p acquisition price. Given the way AI stocks in US are going it seems like a solid enough risk reward at 1p. Albeit with pocket change.

A year or so ago FCRM delisted at around 0.1p when Net Assets were 5.0p a share. They've recently announced a return to profitablity and a positive business outlook. (Insiders there had paid multiples of the 5p NAV so buying some into the delisting at 0.1p seemed a good risk reward play again only with pocket change.

I do not like the idea of holding shares which are no longer traded. Seems too risky to me. But I am sorely tempted here. The valuation at 1.3p is about £2.25m. But the company raised £5.6m back in May, based on shares at 10p. Seems mad that it is given such a lowly value now. It could rise 800% and only get back up to 10p!

De-listing approved.

First move is up. Didn't expect that. Does appear too cheap if Insiders buying at 10p.

Definitely worth a punt, imo. News of delisting could send this flying in the next few days. GLA

My biggest losing stock, ironically in an area that I know a lot about and hence the prospect of investing was exciting given the macro trends (note to self on that one).

It just feels like poor quality management (who delays an annual report, especially a poor quality one at that ?). Risk profile management around customer concentration not great either. Downside of AIM listings I guess.

It's a duff, but my return would be so low that I may as well write it off and hang in on the hope I might get something material back vs. a low quality dinner at a third rate pub (analogy intended).

Exactly and that was the last half decent opportunity to exit, nothing new in yesterday’s announcement other than quantifying the mess the company was in but that should have been obvious to anyone reading this thread and RNS together. Still took a painful loss here but out at 20p. I can’t believe there is much joy in holding as a private company, a return to the market is only one of a number of exit routes for PE and Sondrell won’t be fixed quickly.

Seems every week I get an alert on Sondrel. This time delay in annual report and hence suspension of trading, with 'sometime in July'. I realise that the new funding has impacted things, but I'm struggling to see how that could really delay an annual report being published.

Am I missing something ?

Even if we get AimF these may come back at a much higher rating especially if on Nasdaq! ROX are HQd in the USA so potential is massive

I read somewhere they will decide in next 6 months after the agm however one never knows. Think about it though ROX as a private equity firm buys 48% at 10p is a no brainer if one is a long term holder.
