21/3/2018 14:18 | Yeah, not for Solo though. AEX have a partner who is invested in the company. AEX have 75% of Ruvuma and will probably farm down 25%, if it happens. Solo still need a partner. | whoppy
21/3/2018 14:09 | Not so fast. AEX RNS. Possible FO of Ntorya underway. | phoebusav

15/3/2018 15:05 | ...This is a quality post bearing in mind that HSBC were just fined nearly $2bn for lack of due diligence..when they money laundered Mexican drug cartel money....And HSBC weren`t actually the buyer of said shares... LOL The only thing that thickens is WTD!! whattheduce - 14 Mar 2018 - 12:04:20 - 74318 of 74543 UKOG strikes oil 2016 - UKOG By the looks of it HSBC were the ones that bought 3.67% of SOLO issue as I read the RNS this morning. That is interesting! Institutions like that do significant due diligence and don't take a punt like pis. Banks invest for the medium to long term and expect to see divs as part of the return. Is this HSBC getting its foot in the door ahead of more longer term institutional investors? The plot thickens......... | nicebut
15/3/2018 14:58 | She has a habit of altering old posts. When a ukog bear found her original post saying that she bought UKOG at 7.75p, now 1.5p, she went back and deleted theprice | bobmonkeyhouse
15/3/2018 13:32 | SHE EVEN LIED ABOUT GOING TO iCELAND, BUT MESSED UP WHEN SAYING THE MEALS WERE PRICED IN EUROS!! | bobmonkeyhouse
14/3/2018 15:17 | IMO the TR1 form does not look like it has been filled in correctly. Box 3 name, should be the name of the private investor ( or if not a private investor it should be the name of the investment fund or company). Box 4 name, should be blank, unless the owner of the shares is different to that in box 3. If HSBC Bank plc, owns the shares that should be shown in Box 3 BH01 is the CREST ID of HSBC BANK PLC - so does not belong on there at all. Box 4 is not for specifying the crest or nominee account that the shares happen to reside in. -- Hopefully when Jon next completes a TR1 (when he sells SOLO at a huge profit) he will do a better job. | stonefold
14/3/2018 13:57 | Jon Fitzpatrick is a nominee? I think you'll find he is a 'natural person' under the listing rules and that is why his broker, HSBC, had to make the declaration. | whattheduce
14/3/2018 13:27 | Hold on, there is a name in the holding, Jon Fitzpatrick, who I thought was a HSBC lacky doing the paperwork but appears instead to be..... "Broker Cenkos seizes on Scots potential John Penman October 26 2008, 1:00am, The Sunday Times Cenkos Securities, the AIM-listed broker set up by Andy Stewart, the former chairman of Collins Stewart, is expanding into Scotland and has snapped up three senior financiers from Brewin Dolphin, a rival. Alan Stewart, who previously led Brewin Dolphin's energy and natural resources team, Jon Fitzpatrick, an energy specialist, and Ken Fleming, who has developed significant international business across the industrial, financial and resources sectors, have joined from Brewin's Glasgow office. Cenkos's Scottish outfit was set up in Edinburgh by Graeme Kemp, one of the company's founders, with Stuart Lunn, formerly of Collins Stewart." OK - a bit out of date but it looks more like a 'natural person' Jon Fitzpatrick has seized the option to buy into SOLO over 3%. Given his description in 2008 as an energy specialist, it indicates he expects good things from HH. It would be interesting to know if those expectations extend to BB. | whattheduce
14/3/2018 13:24 | Stone. Yes I am What the duce. You are an idiot | bobmonkeyhouse
14/3/2018 13:19 | Nominee accounts do not have voting rights as they are not members of the company, therefore the TR-1 can not be referring to a nominee account. TR-1 has to be released if a change of voting rights passes a threshold, NOT the number of shares held - only the voting rights. | whattheduce
