as I keep saying this is an investment company.
by definition it needs to keep raising funds to invest.
if you want a share of the companies SOLO invests in then buy them !

On the bright side you can probably get cheaper shares after the next placing, then even cheaper shares in the placing after that. After 12 months you can amass lots of cheap shares.

So Ritson got his way despite the furore over Helium and his previous attempt to increase the equity stake. So rather than a direct dilution to buy shares in Helium which he was not allowed to do without permission he has borrowed money (at 8% interest) which we probably won't be able to repay, entered into a side agreement with Helium to do a pile of work for them earning an additional 5% equity - same result, different method of achieving but without having to get the clearances he had been told he needed last time when he had to drop his attempt to increase equity via dilution..... you couldn't make this up, and he's got away with it!!!!!!!

As expected, mediocre rns, when income news is needed, and the share price drops. If everything else about the company was good, then we might have expected an increase, but there is zero confidence in Mr. R. right now, so we drop.

Agree, normally news such as this would have seen a significant rise but there is no confidence in the share anymore.

Good rns, but need some info about money coming in to Solo before this will rise again. Possible revenue in a year’s time is going to be too late for Solo to survive in my ho.

btw, that Webinar was poor. Did nothing for shareholders confidence. I'd remove it from the website if I were them.

There is no responsibility being shown here by RITSON AND THE MANAGEMENT. All they can do is blame others as to why the share price is where it is. It's either Aminex's fault the Tanzanian governments fault or the oil prices fault. Tell me this then. After the Webinar, why has the share price fallen to new lows. Who's fault is that?? I would love to know the excuse.

It's the calamitous management that allows the shorting. It's nailed on that while they are in charge the share price will keep falling.

to be honest many stocks have been shorted last 2 weeks not just solo by the city crooks...considering the ftse is near all time high and oil price is over $60 you wouldnt have thought it
