If the MRE looks great then you publish as soon as you have it as firstly its required that material news is RNS'ed and secondly becasue then the suitors would have to up their prices.

Blackrock still building their stake. NIce to be getting institutional buying in size

Could be that the change in policy with the MRE's is to keep the 12 suitors on their toes, why give the game away by being as regular as clockwork? Keep the guys guessing and then surprise them. Cascabel is looking to become so big that the big miners will just have to have it. Can't be many places that sunk capital can be worked decades. NM just has to keep drilling holes, some day one of those suitors is going to blink.

Sounds like famous last words Mrpiggy, but that 25 million that was cleared yesterday could likely have been keeping the lid on for a few days. I see the website has an update. Quarterly MRE's have been dumped in favour of an update when there is something significant to report. That will likely save money and presumably only bring good news when they come in. Enough money to last to the end of 2019, so that worry can go on the back burner for a 12 month. Getting busy on some of the other 73 sites, so we might start to get impressive news from places other than Cascabel. Patience dear boy, patience!

I've added lots today in main portfolio and ISA. Way over my comfort level in one stock but I've fallen in love with SOLG but really believe in NM for the future and the multiple rises he has talked about.

5070481, with Cannacord-Genuity involved in that capital raise and the price having been run down to 20p, it wouldn't surprise me in the least if they weren't up to some clever manoeuvres, and have finally done some tidying up?

Whoever took the 25mil is perhaps looking for more? Or was it just that 25mil overhanging the market that was killing the action? Perhaps we will see a move into the 30's now.

It wont be a short closing as its too big i would think. Much more likely simply a worked sell order. Same selling effect and hopefully get the bounce if that had been applying pressure on the market.
