26/3/2018 12:28 | I'm not sure near surface discovery or anything apart from a bid will get tgis going short term. Whatever is anchoring us be it lefrene's theory or otherwise is ensuring we are going nowhere until we are "allowed" | onedayrodders
26/3/2018 12:23 | What are the odds of this getting to 25p by close Thursday? If so would theories about price manipulation be justified? ie, if the buyers at 25p have employed instruments to profit from their 180mn, will they need to balance their books before April cometh. | lefrene
26/3/2018 08:46 | Yup, there's 180mn shares hanging over the market, and a bunch of vultures who would like to get Solg for next to nothing. | lefrene
26/3/2018 08:34 | Pity as long term holders we can't encourage others to see potential. Good news with every RNS price doesn't move. Dare I say disaster after disaster with UKOG and price creeping up. Something is wrong somewhere! | mam fach
26/3/2018 08:31 | Yep. Great to see that the analysis is producing good targets for drilling but would have been better if Aguinaga could have been mined a bit easier. That was certinaly what the expectation had been in teh market i suspect. | 5070481
26/3/2018 08:25 | Oh dearie me, more good news, how utterly dreadful! | lefrene
26/3/2018 07:57 | Another great RNS and it's great that strong mineralisation has been found at Aguinaga but sadly it is not at the surface as we had hoped.... Mr Market would have really liked that! | mrpiggy
26/3/2018 07:39 | Nope bloody frustrating! | fission453
26/3/2018 06:56 | The news just better and better. Wonder if the share price will raise as a result? | smoothtrader
24/3/2018 08:02 | Why invest in Solgold? Nick Mather's last comment is very succinct, says it all. | paleje
23/3/2018 08:31 | How the hell can this be a regulated market? ......it's controlled by thieving scum!! | mrpiggy
22/3/2018 19:43 | The chart is a shorter's/ momentum trader's dream. Because of low volume it only takes at the margin deals to knock this down. End of year tax selling to book profit/loss just helps the shysters. Most of these seller guys wouldn't know anything about Ecuador/fundamentals etc and neither would they care. The question really is do enough shareholders plus watchers have an Aguinaga war chest ready and waiting to buy if the drill results come through as hoped? | pecker1
22/3/2018 16:25 | Hmmm, it seems to have bounced off 22p on several attempts but it looks like that's broken now. This will all be of small avail in a few months time when we are in an uptrend! | mrpiggy
22/3/2018 13:30 | Having another go at running them down. I wonder who demanded that those 180mn new shares be held off market until April? I can't see there would have been any benefit to Solg's directors, so why would the banksters want it? How would they benefit? Will there be a cheapo smash and grab before the preliminary estimate comes out, or before good news from Aguinaga comes out, or will it all combine the day after those shares become tradable? | lefrene
22/3/2018 12:32 | Mrpiggy, I don't think there are any significant short positions in the open market, they don't show up on 'Short Interest Tracker'. I suspect that whoever holds the rights to those off-market 180mn will have created forward contracts at perhaps circa 33p to get an instant profit. If that happened then it would be in the interests of whoever wrote and sold those contracts to do their best to work the price down, either so that they are not called upon to deliver, or so that they can accumulate more stock at below cost. Although I presume if they were accumulating on any scale then it would have to be declared, but then the recent move on Daimler-Benz shows that large positions can be created in an 'off balance sheet' manner if an entity is determined to do so. Another week or two and perhaps a light will be shone into the dark corners? It's very curious that some of the good news that has come out in recent weeks has done nothing but depress the sp, I suspect dark arts by dark Bankers. | lefrene
22/3/2018 11:53 | We should also know the home of those absent 180mn shares by then. | lefrene
22/3/2018 11:38 | Solg have a stand at the Mines & Money conference in Hong Kong from 3-6 April. Perhaps, unlike PDAC,they will come up with a bumper RNS beforehand. Take your pick from a drill at Aguinaga already encountering over 100+m of mineralisation, a drill doing the same at Trevino and/or drill intersecting the rich core at Alpala. It may be none of these and perhaps a surprise. Hopefully, the next couple of weeks or so are going to be very interesting. Would love to see the price fixing come to grief. | pecker1
22/3/2018 10:05 | It's just a waiting game now to find out what the hell is going on and why!All the jockeys have taken their positions and we are in the 22-24p doldrums with very little volume. Any buying is followed by automated small selling to keep the share price in this price. Not long now to wait to find out why! ;@) | mrpiggy
20/3/2018 22:00 | It all depends on who blinks first. | celeritas
20/3/2018 17:30 | Long and short of it is how are we going to get the red stuff out of the ground?News on that is about the only thing that will get the market excited! | mrpiggy
20/3/2018 17:14 | Well he did do the deal with the banksters, and this is the result, so I guess no surprise to him and a lesson for the future. Got to get on the Canadian market to get the interest of the mining friendly investment bankers there! Hah! so that worked out then! | lefrene
20/3/2018 16:08 | Hate to break this to you lefrene but he doesn't give a flier, he is thinking of further in the future! | mrpiggy
20/3/2018 15:50 | So being told that Cascabel possibly goes on for another 10km is a good reason to drop under 22p on the bid! Makes no sense to me, lord knows what Nick Mather makes of it? | lefrene |
