The Company was notified on 26 January 2018 that, on the same day, Dr Mike Watts, Managing Director of the Company, bought 7,305 SOCO International plc ordinary shares of GBP0.05 each ("Shares") at a purchase price of GBP1.182 per Share. The Shares were purchased on the open market pursuant to a trading plan entered into on 9 February 2017.

Following this transaction, which represents 0.002% of the issued share capital of the Company (excluding shares held in treasury), Dr Mike Watts holds 386,094 Shares, representing 0.116% of the issued share capital of the Company (excluding shares held in treasury).
