The Company was notified on 21 December that, on the same day, Jann Brown, the Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, bought 8,070 SOCO International plc ordinary shares of GBP0.05 each ("Shares") at a purchase price of GBP1.07 per Share. The Shares were purchased on the open market pursuant to a trading plan entered into on 9 February 2017.

Following this transaction, which represents 0.002% of the issued share capital of the Company (excluding shares held in treasury), Jann Brown holds 244,891 Shares, representing 0.074% of the issued share capital of the Company (excluding shares held in treasury).
