7 Directors took part in the placing at 10p last year , see RNS released on
May 8th 2014.

Surely with the TU out of the way and the share price now at such a low price compared to that placing , some directors will be tempted to purchase additional shares.

Can buy 100k no problem at 7.7p so not sure where you get the no quote online from it's been easy to buy ZZZ stock for a while. Good update.. nothing spectacular but worth more than 7p than it was yesterday. Should be back in the 8-10p range

Interesting that they state the deployment of the hotel in Aberdeen. I wonder if planning approval has just been granted and they have waited for this before releasing the trading update. All sounding positive. This was always going to be a long-term investment for me and given the positive outlook, we should now start to see a climb back up to a sensible valuation.

No stock available on-line currently. Re-rate seems inevitable, the shares were 17p not so long ago!

Cash position at year end was £17m, after the drawdown of £10m of the Company's £15m financing facility.

That late 300k trade looks like someone wants a position ahead of the imminent trading update. The last trading update was excellent, the shares hit 10p and had strong demand, only the uncertainty of the warrants stopped the stock rising further.

Now the warrants have expired I wonder what will happen if they continue to demonstrate improving financials.

This looks a good bet for a decent rise, the shares have been dropped on tiny volume by the market makers. The last broker note had a target price of 17p

Blimey £400 a night 15 minute walk away. They of course will sell out but I would
not pay that price give me a tent and mud anytime but then I've done that many times in the past there.

Had a trading update 20th feb last year. Possibly someone taking a position ahead of this?

Overhang. I got a quote 7.18p but left it. Somebody else sneaked in 30k and paid 7.22p it was 7.25p offer online at close. Buyer overpaid for size. Could have split the trade and bought 100k blocks and saved a lot of money.

A Trading Update came around this time last year so one next week I wonder. The last update was excellent.

Volumes have been low ahead of news, if the news is good then the shares could move quite quickly.

Directors put in money at 10p and the net asset value was 11p in June 2014.

The last broker note had a target of 17p
