Cannot buy on-line this morning. No surprise there with only 3 trading days left until the 110m 10p warrants expire.

Then watch the share price move with only a 75m free float!

100% convinced this is due to move north from next Monday (when 110m 10p warrants expire) The dilution effect has surely hindered the share price recently.

Assuming no warrants are converted there will only be 218m shares in issue with nearly 65% held by a handful of major investors, that leaves a free float of only 75m shares!!

The shares are still selling under net asset value of 11p, the operating business which has improved significantly is valued at nil!

The recent broker note offered a target price of 18p

Lots of 'OK' trades today. Not really sure what they mean, but it looks like the share price will be firmly in this range until the warrants expire.

A bit of news and a quote from Lorcan:

The new, redesigned Snoozebox portable hotel was officially unveiled in London, 27 November. The microhotel will start to be rolled out to major UK and international events next year, from the Grand Prix to Glastonbury. In 2013, over 32,000 guests stayed with Snoozebox. Snoozebox combines temporary hotel accommodation with all the mod cons and amenities of a hotel, including free Wi-Fi to air conditioning. Snoozebox was conceived four years ago as an alternative to conventional accommodation for festivals, sports events and special occasions. The improved design will be rolled out at events in 2015. Each room has four bunk beds cleverly stowed within the interior space which can be converted to accommodate four singles, or a double and two singles or one kingsize bed. Each room has an en-suite bathroom with a toilet, basin and shower. During the day, the rooms convert to a living room with storage space. Design firm Tangerine and logistic and deployment experts Procar International also worked on the project. The designers say Snoozebox will work well for those who simply want a comfortable base, but intend to be out all day at a sports event, festival or special occasion. The lure of life under canvas or in a yurt appears to have waned, and the standard of shower and toilet blocks at many events often leaves much to be desired. The UK Festival Census 2013 revealed 26 per cent of festival-goers missed the creature comforts of home, 26 per cent wanted a flushing toilet and 15 per cent wanted a warm shower. Lorcan O Murchu, CEO of Snoozebox, says: ‘Snoozebox is about bringing an innovative new concept to the hotel market. We put our guests right at the heart of the action, making their event experience bigger, deeper and longer. The Snoozebox Club is becoming quite the vibrant community of event enthusiasts.” In 2015, Snoozebox will be based at a host of UK events including the Isle of Man TT, Edinburgh Festival and the Rugby World Cup. Snoozebox rooms can cost from £99 per night to stay in Edinburgh during the Festival, to £1,599 for two people for four nights with breakfast and dinner each day for the British Grand Prix

Hey, good news for insomniacs !!!
Only three sleeps before Christmas.

A young man named John received a parrot as a gift. The parrot had a bad attitude and an even worse vocabulary.

Every word out of the bird's mouth was rude, obnoxious and laced with profanity. John tried and tried to change the bird's attitude by consistently saying only polite words, playing soft music and anything else he could think of to 'clean up' the bird's vocabulary.

Finally, John was fed up and he yelled at the parrot. The parrot yelled back. John shook the parrot and the parrot got angrier and even more rude. John, in desperation, threw up his hand, grabbed the bird and put him in the freezer.

For a few minutes the parrot squawked and kicked and screamed.

Then suddenly there was total quiet. Not a peep was heard for over a minute.

Fearing that he'd hurt the parrot, John quickly opened the door to the freezer. The parrot calmly stepped out onto John's outstretched arms and said "I believe I may have offended you with my rude language and actions. I'm sincerely remorseful for my inappropriate transgressions and I fully intend to do everything I can to correct my rude and unforgivable behaviour."

John was stunned at the change in the bird's attitude.

As he was about to ask the parrot what had made such a dramatic change in his behaviour, the bird spoke-up, very softly,

"May I ask what the turkey did?"

Observer007 - thanks for your feedback. I certainly expect a re-rate after the 15th as well.

angus17 - but there are some big hitters with meaningful stakes in the company. It will be very interesting to see the trading activity up to the 15th December.

not convinced. An extra £10m in the bank in this climate not necessarily a bad thing.

I am convinced that ZZZ do not want the warrants exercised now they have the debt facility in place. The Directors are major holders as well and would not welcome the massive dilution either.

As every day goes by the shares are closing in on a decent re-rate. I believe this is a formality, how can the stock be selling below net asset value with the operating business currently valued at nil if it was not for the fear of another 110m shares flooding the market.

Once those warrants expire in 7 trading days time I expect to see a flood of buying and a re-rate to at least 15p.

Some shrewd folks may wish to move before the 15th but the bid will not cross 10p until then IMO.

Observer007 - I wonder what the company would like to see happen with the warrants? If the company feel that they now have sufficient cash available in the short to medium term with the debt financing, then long term holders will not want to see further dilution at 10 pence.

I cannot believe with the launch of the new V2 units and the widespread publicity, that they have not secured some meaningful business from it. We could well see some further announcement later in the month if the company is waiting until after the 15th December. Also, we are awaiting planning consent for the Aberdeen Hotel which will have a meaningful impact on revenues going forward.
