03/12/2014 07:41 | It looks a slam dunk certainty that the warrants will expire without take up on December 15th. This is VERY VERY good news. What does this mean? Huge market relief that 30% equity dilution avoided The tiny free float remains, 9 major holders own nearly 70% Company is selling below the 12p asset backing - operating business valued at nil Huge turnaround in trading performance Margins/profitabilit Company well cashed up £8m in June + £15m unused debt facility available The share price is poised to take off from December 15th in my view, the 'shackles' will come off. 18p recent broker target | observer007
01/12/2014 12:11 | 21TI don't think it's panic but more like impatient, this will only move once the warrants have expired, so we only have another 9 trading days left. | shafaq
01/12/2014 11:11 | Can't see the warrant holders taking up their options now at 10.00p when they can buy in the market for 9.50p currently. I'll be pleased when the expiry date of the 15th is reached and then we should be able to get to a realistic valuation. | bill182
01/12/2014 11:09 | Some panic selling here today. It's been around 9.9 all of last week to sell so it makes sense to sell now at 9p....not ! | 21trader
01/12/2014 03:09 | Cadbury's have brought out a new box of chocolates for inconsiderate people. They're self centred. People call me Mr Compromise. Wasn't my first choice for a nickname, but I can live with it. Someone gave me a leaflet about anger management last week... I lost it. | jenniferzz

28/11/2014 20:19 | Maybe that because we are in a sell off? | pj 1
28/11/2014 18:29 | Still got a decent seller pulling price back down. every stock I have seems to have them fustrating short term | 21trader
28/11/2014 12:18 | Observer007, surely you are not suggesting that the MMs manipulate share prices to their own (or a third party) advantage? Shock, horror, well I never heard such an outlandish thing, quick phone the Daily Mail! | lefrene
28/11/2014 11:57 | Have been buying in here recently and now up to 100k.Could see these heading up very soon, business doing well, just waiting for the warrants to expire before this moves like a coiled spring. | shafaq
28/11/2014 08:03 | cottoner - thanks for providing the links. It is all looking very promising and as Observer007 notes, once the warrants expire in a couple of weeks time, I think we will see share price moving up. | bill182
28/11/2014 07:00 | The shares are a coiled spring awaiting lift off. Operationally company is red hot Publicity wise the company is red hot Financially the company has turned the corner significantly So why is the share price still below asset value and not rising due to the obvious operational turnaround ??? The answer, warrants, 110m of them, exercisable at 10p, 30% of the share capital, one for one for holders, a hand grenade for the market makers. If they rise the shares above 10p bid they could be flooded with selling from warrant holders. Now the good news !!! All warrants expire on December 15th, just 11 trading days away. The market makers will then be able to lift the price, a 'normal' market will return in ZZZ shares. There could be strong buying after the above date. Recent broker target 18p. DYOR | observer007
