Posted at 26/4/2016 20:48 by smithie6 Some good valid pts.Not a std length !..I hope that doesnt mean that cant be road moved by std container movers ( not my area) If the lender dont get paid and gets the company I would guess that he'd like to offload the cabins to someone in the sector.....perhaps preferring a cash lump sum and taking a partial loss to avoid on going hassle. ----- A 60% drop in 1 day shows the company did not keep the mkt informed. Sudden "oh, company is screwed" RNS What chance has anyone got if cos. dont keep investors informed about what is happening. ( no position luckily) |
Posted at 26/4/2016 12:16 by lefrene Investors thought this was a company with physical assets, now it seems that it's just a sales agent for somebody who owns a lot of boxes. Unfortunately they don't seem to be much good at selling though. These situations become quite fascinating, as the actual owner of the boxes may have to start paying to store and maintain them? That's an incentive to get shot of the things asap. So who is going to pop up to take the 'problem' off their hands? Perhaps someone with previous experience of this sort of thing? |
Posted at 26/4/2016 10:39 by lefrene As I suspected, there is no money in event renting, the only real business is in the long term basic accommodation sites. No doubt phone calls are being made to refugee agencies to see if they are interested in some 'nice' boxes. Most likely contracts for that refugee spend will already have gone to the 'right' people, but those people will be looking for cheap stock.The financier has to decide if they want the pain to drag on and give ZZZ another chance, or whether to write the thing off as fast as possible and leave it in the rear view mirror. ZZZ not only fooled investors, they must also have done a good job selling themselves to the finance house. |
