Smurfit Kappa announces the purchase on Euronext Dublin, through J&E Davy, of the Company's ordinary shares of EUR0.001 each ('Shares') as detailed below. This purchase relates to Smurfit Kappa's announcement on 7 December 2022 of its share buy-back transaction.
