SKG dividend received, but only after after deduction of 25% Dividend Withholding Tax (DWT).

I believe this DWT may be claimed back for non-residents of Ireland - ie UK residents. Anyone had any experience of the procedure?

I for one, am very pleased with the figures announced today. This continues to be one of my core holdings for not only reasons of sector and indirect exposure to internet growth but, also, and more importantly, the quality of its management. I originally invested here when SKI was over-leveraged by my own standards but I have seen it steadily grow and prosper over the years for reasons of quality management. That comes at a price and, for the moment, I'm prepared to pay it.

Strong share price performance continues here with the growth in internet delivery systems driving fundamental changes to the sector. IP was rebuffed by SKI a couple of years ago: will they have another go?

Yes valid comment, outperformed Mondi of late.

SKG is in the FTSE Green Economy Index, Mondi still offer plastics,

although they look to be expanding their sustainable packaging operations.

Percentage of retail sales conducted over the internet has doubled from 7 to 14% during the pandemic and will not be going back to the High Street. Thats means an lawful lot of cardboard boxes will be needed as the pandemic comes under control. Governments also pumping money into economies worldwide at an unprecedented rate which will eventually revive commerce.

Going to hell on a broomstick - (imo) Massive slowdown in commerce - so likely to be a BIG reduction in requirement for packaging
