Yes ....They said the offer is still open until further notification. Just post all your certificates if you have paper ones fill in the form put in the envelope and post. Note – we do not get acknowledge meant of postage but she said there’s nothing to worry about. It will take about a month to get our money :/)

Google [e-mail] I' m no expert either but as I said in an earlier post Comcast appear yo have extended offer. Why not phone Link Asset services ( number on blurb that came with offer letter) and ask if you should post your acceptance plus share ceftificate(s) now? Sky link suggests Comcast willing to buy more shares from shareholders until further notice.

See [e-mail] Says Comcast will seek delisting of sky shares now have majority and offer is unconditional. Should happen by 7 Nov. However Comcast intend to extend offer to until further notice which I would take to mean can still sell to them at offer price

Announcement this afternoon that having complete the purchase of 21CF shares to take them over 75%, the offer is wholly unconditional so shareguy1 & bouleversee, you should get your proceeds within 14 days.

From RNS - "Settlement of consideration will be made within 14 (or, to the extent practicable, 7 to 10) days of the date of this announcement to those Sky Shareholders whose valid acceptances have already been received in the manner described in the Mandatory Offer Document (or the First Offer Document, as the case may be)."

According to Interactive Investor my 350 Sky shares are worth nothing and I have lost 100% of my investment, whereas, having accepted Comcast's 1728p offer shortly after the auction, I should have almost exactly doubled my money. No cash proceeds are showing in my cash account and nothing showing in the recent transaction history. What the hell are they playing at and what do other people's accounts show at this moment, either with II or any other broker?

there are no fees are there ? You should get exactly £17.28 x number of shares ?

I am now at the acceptance stage also. Got my online "corporate action" message on Friday and accepted the inevitable this morning.

I got my "Recommended Mandatory Superior Cash Offer" by Comcast Bidco Limited for Sky

PLC on Friday. I sent the enclosed form off then,along with the share certificates by

"Royal Mail Signed For" and noted that it was delivered this morning.

I rang and asked if I could use original acceptance form. Told to hang on. New one on its way today
