I see someone just completed a quick day trade for £440 profit. Good luck to them but if they held for a few months more then they would probably have made a great deal in excess of that.

The fact that companies are approaching Cath is HUGE for me. With her already existing contacts in the industry, once (we hope) the trials prove positive, things will move very fast IMO.

One of the important aspects we need to remember about SBTX and it's continued relationship UoM, is the fact many of the worlds dermatology companies are already associated in some way to SBTX, via Cath. J&J probably the most well known. Also, as Cath mentioned, some of these companies have approached Cath for advice and wanted to know why she had not been more proactive in contacting them with her work. This should demonstrated the high respect they have for Cath, but also her work. In most cases, this is the hard work in opening commercial doors, these doors have already been opened, so SBTX need to do now, is show the IP works in human trials and let the budding begin.

The other aspect she spoke about was the fact cosmetics cannot make any health claims, yet household names are making $bls on the back on the perception they can do x, but they clearly do not. SBTX will clearly have a clear advantage - a good example of this was the boots product.

She dropped a clanger with the OPTI market value at £100m.....not quite there yet. I guess she must be thinking TW was right on the money with his valuation. ;)

This Thursday she is doing another presentation, this time in Paris. She has been doing a load of promotions since Feb 20th including one in Amsterdam. This will all equate to more partnering with Bigger Corporates to do the marketing later this year imo.

You've been through this issue countless times with OPTI holders. OPTI holders will be issued shares as a divi. I know this is difficult for you to accept because you sold all your OPTI shares to invest into SBTX. So, it doesn't really matter what anyone says, you will have your agenda. Your agenda is also clear from your posts on the OPTI BB, where you now bash the company and CEO in an attempt to discredit, hoping investors put their money into SBTX, again to serve your agenda. Also obvious from your ramping here.

I think OPTI will reach £1 before much happens here, and I know that must be tough for you somewhat, sitting on a loss right now, but I think SBTX will have it's day. In turn making even more money for OPTI holders - hurts a little doesn't it? :)

It's really cute that you can't bring yourself to actually filter me, but you really should and show some integrity for once. Otherwise, you're coming off as really sad.

Looking forward to the trials later this year when this thing really gets moving.

Dear bob, there has been an rns about the sbtx divi and from a credible source. What do you think a 'dividend in specie.' Sbtx is the only company Opti have another holding of a quoted company.

OptiBiotix is pleased to announce that, following shareholder approval which was granted on 25 January 2018, the High Court of Justice made an order confirming the Capital Reduction on 27 February 2018.

Following the registration of the Court order confirming the Capital Reduction by the Registrar of Companies in England and Wales, the Capital Reduction became effective 27 February 2018.

Stephen O'Hara, CEO of OptiBiotix, commented: "I am pleased to report that both shareholders and the Courts have confirmed the capital reduction. This allows OptiBiotix to make future dividend or 'dividend in specie' distributions to the Company's shareholders should it be appropriate to do so. This is part of OptiBiotix's strategy of building value across its divisions and where possible releasing value back to shareholders."

There has never been an RNS about SBTX shares issued as a divi from OPTI...until that happens you are spouting gossip or fake claims.

Personally don't think much will happen until the trials, but I hope i'm wrong. The sooner the better for OPTI holders who are getting free SBTX shares.

It is highly likely that newsflow will start fairly soon about more patent approvals for China, USA etc after getting a patent approval from Australia recently.
