There is 1000 shares online or £97.50 available. Do not know what the NMS is so do not know how many they will guarantee to sell at that price ?

Looks to me like 9.7/9.75 is the cheapest you'll be able to buy this.

9.25-9.75p

Online 9.44-9.75p so they want full offer to buy so it should bounce unless the mm's
get another big sale to help them out

No question about it, it's a fact. What is uncertain and probably where the question mark arises; 1: qualifying date 1: ex divi date 3: quantity 4: when they will be distributed 5: conditions once distributed

I made the point about Seneca to SOH. He kept a diplomatic silence, as you would expect. Nevertheless, the point had to be made, especially in light of the 3 times oversubscribed. Which I took to mean Seneca wanted 3 times more rather than more II wanting in on the IPO. So, I guess IF I am correct, we should be thankful Seneca were not given more because they would have had a more significant profit on the spike and thus more likely to be happy to sell under the IPO price. That would have been a tragedy.

I was under the impression that theres a question mark over wether OPTI holders will be given any SBTX stock?

I'm in the same position as you, elrico. I only nibbled in order to have some in case the share price rocketed after IPO. A load more bought at these levels followed by the freebies should set me up nicely for the future.

It was a blatant error to allow Senica to take part in the IPO. Their flipping of the stock was predictable, surely a lesson should have been learned from them doing the same to OPTI. Surely there were other funders available given the IPO was massively over subscribed. Not impressed by this! Expect 9p to be bottom but no guarantees.. For all LTH this is merely just a blip on the horizon though.

Indeed luminoso. The fact Seneca are involved prevented me from having a bite as opposed to a nibble here. Thanks to Seneca I'm 35% underwater here. Not that I'm concerned with a £450 paper loss. Another nibble today or Friday will significantly help the bounce factor to share price or profit. Not that I'm in a rush as like OPTI, this is a long game holding. Of course, the freebies yet to be allocated will greatly assist the process.

Agree elrico, the mm's are after stock at these levels ready to offload it at much higher prices when it does finally turn and bounce. I can sell for 9.35p which is considerably higher than the 9p bid quoted.

Possible, but not likely. More like stops in play here and or some PI's unable to make their minds up....OPTI or SBTX? No doubt there will be an element of I wish I had added or sat on my trigger finger in the coming weeks. Some peeps are just too eager to do something and that something is sell instead of accumulate or be patient.

I'm the same, slarty. Still not convinced either have seen the bottom. More likely to add more here as I have enough OPTI.
