29/6/2004 19:21 | Fitehills Well met Sir. I dont have any knowledge that you dont have..... I just thought we wouldnt see a run up till we got clarification on how much the Novus Assets are worth to Crosby. I thought we would have to wait a couple of weeks at least. The Oil deal was exceptionally good for SKW. Actually I dont know when the name will change.... I will find out. Jozz ;-) | jozz
29/6/2004 17:14 | Hi jozz Just back from a holiday so out of touch, excuse the lack of research but how soon is soon or do you know? I have no problems with the share and expect it to run north on an announcment. It seems to me that the oil deal was very good for SKW.As an aside do you know when the name will change | fitehills
29/6/2004 15:46 | What do I know..... ;-) Kicking off sooner than I thought. Luck Jozz ;-) | jozz
29/6/2004 09:03 | The Medco / Novus deal is going through as they have over 90% acceptance this means that Crosby / Skiddaw will get their Assets now. I am told that these are a lot more valuable to the company than the market is expecting and that because of an arbitrage in the Crosby funding they have picked these assets up virtually for free. It may well take up to a month before we get full reportage on this but when we do it will give a significant kick to the price. Also I hear a Durlacher note may be in the offing. Certainly a hold and probably a speculative Buy (That is mine not Durlachers) Luck to the Brave Jozz ;-) | jozz
24/6/2004 21:58 | v0d00 I saw that too..... Interesting. Medco have about 86% agreement on the Novus deal at last look so shouldnt be long till our bit gets signed off and we may see a bit of movement northwards. Luck Jozz ;-) | jozz

16/6/2004 15:55 | Fitehills Not sure how much press comment we will get tomorrow as a lot of the press have tomorrows issues virtually ready to roll at 4.00pm preceding day. Also as this is out of Oz it may pass them by. Heres hoping though. I think response will be fairly muted at first until the PT Medco deal is signed and sealed as this is still conditional in part on that going through. Once it has gone through we then have to wait for some analysis on how it will hit the bottom line. Shouldnt have to wait too long and I would expect to see some buying going forward now anyway. I know of one person who bought 100,000 more at the close ;-) Luck to the Brave Jozz ;-) | jozz
16/6/2004 15:48 | AH well Jozz everything comes to him who waits! Try as I might I couldn't get info but who cares now.Think that this deal will really project the company.Looking forward to tomorrow's comment in the press and a big rise in our share price. What comments have you please? | fitehills

09/6/2004 07:14 | Investors should keep an eye on Skiddaw Capital, off 0.5p to 19.5p. Word has it the company is days away from unveiling a company-making deal. The AIM-listed group is run by Simon Fry, the former head of equities at the Japanese banking giant Nomura, and recently acquired the Hong Kong-based investment bank Crosby | shiny000
04/6/2004 20:49 | Although ADVFN will display a quote for SKW, it hasn't appeared in the top risers list tonight, so most punters will be ignorant of it. P.S. Thanks for the research Jozz, nice to know some peeps are prepared to do the hard work and share it with others. | bittorrent
04/6/2004 20:38 | I hear Crosby may still be in the Game. I wonder where Medco got all the finance from ??? Luck Jozz ;-) | jozz |
