Interim Dividend for the six months ended 30 September 2019

Allotment of Scrip Dividend

In accordance with the circular to Shareholders dated 2 December 2019 (the "Circular"), Sirius Real Estate is pleased to confirm the allotment and issue of 7,448,799 New Shares in lieu of a cash dividend under the Scrip Dividend Alternative.

The total amount of Interim Dividend payable on 17 January 2020, calculated in accordance with the terms of the Circular, is EUR18,220,542.01, of which EUR11,350,059.38 is payable in cash and the cash equivalent of EUR6,870,482.63 is satisfied through the issue of the New Shares. The Company's Employee Benefit Trust has waived its right to the Interim Dividend.

Following the issue of the New Shares, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 1,038,364,042. There are no shares held in treasury.

Applications will be made for the New Shares to be admitted to trading on the main market of London Stock Exchange Plc ("LSE"), to be admitted to listing on the premium segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority, and to be listed on the main board of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange ("JSE"). It is expected that trading in the New Shares will commence on the LSE at 08:00 (UTC) and on the JSE at 09:00 (SAST) on Friday, 17 January 2020.
