08/3/2018 16:34 | Good for you . | redips2
08/3/2018 16:31 | I literally bought more this morning. Unbelievable luck. Edit - mind you, I can make as much sense of the price action today as I can to the drop in Feb. | hpcg
08/3/2018 15:23 | Perhaps that top up was ok after all | badtime
08/3/2018 08:35 | RNS should help demand for the shares; Sirius Real Estate, the leading operator of branded business parks providing conventional space and flexible workspace in Germany, is pleased to announce that the Company's shares have qualified for inclusion in the FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Global Real Estate Index, Developed EMEA region. | davebowler
05/2/2018 12:02 | Yes,due to market correction, getting interesting now. Below NAV is always a good sign for later in the year | blackpoolsteve
05/2/2018 09:39 | Topped up a bit early ...oh well..it was just a small one | badtime
02/2/2018 13:44 | Thanks Riverman, but the market is falling everyone, possibility share price may fall below par value. | compnews1
02/2/2018 10:35 | So not the 450,000 then . | redips2
02/2/2018 10:33 | Small top up | badtime
02/2/2018 10:17 | Well, just nabbed 5000 but not showing yet... they have just vanished into the ether! | redips2
02/2/2018 09:48 | Latest nav was 63.4 cents, so I make that around 55.5 at current exchange rate. Good opportunity to buy at par. | riverman77
02/2/2018 09:34 | Just bought a few at 55.4p; actually showing as sell, as the spread is so tight. I think NAV was about 58p,last time it was announced, and it was trading at a large premium. They usually fall to a discount ,maybe because Old Mutual and other institutions are unloading prior to the year end. Reasonable divi, and worth checking out, as its growth in the NAV,that always been attractive' All the best, Steve | blackpoolsteve
02/2/2018 08:52 | There are alot of sell this morning @55-55.4p Does any one know what is going on here, | compnews1
01/2/2018 15:56 | Still waiting . | redips2
01/2/2018 12:19 | I'm looking to top up ...but not just yet | badtime
01/2/2018 10:49 | Hmm.... been on my watch list for some time, I wonder if now is the time to nick a few . | redips2
29/1/2018 10:05 | Maybe,but they.ve had a fantastic run , they probably bought 2 years ago at 35p,and averaged down | blackpoolsteve
29/1/2018 09:15 | Thanks BPS, but it is still a sell from a well known fund manager, perhaps they think the share price is still high? | compnews1
23/1/2018 15:11 | compnews : I saw the old mutual sell and director - but they are just profit taking. They still own lots of shares. Look at the chart and NAV is below share price The market knows that NAV will increase this year,so the price will follow suit in time | blackpoolsteve
23/1/2018 14:29 | Director sellling, now Old Mutual reduced its stock in SRE. Old Mutual funds have performed excellent in UK and globally. Is something they know that we don't? | compnews1
22/1/2018 16:36 | Blackpool..have a look at the PCA thread you will see who I mean | badtime
22/1/2018 16:00 | SRE tick up also coincided with the Eurozone recovery and then the Brexit vote, both for logical reasons. I tend to agree that one wouldn't want to much over book, but that bv per share has also been creeping up nicely. | hpcg |
